WONDERFUL NEW VAN EXPERIENCE

Everyone was very polite right down to the person answering the phone. By… the time of my second call the gal already knew my name before even telling her. Even when one small issue came up Daniel handled it very professionally with a great outcome. The Car Store was surely worth the drive for us. I have dealt with several larger dealers in Wisconsin. by Paul on 09/24/2018I really like how quick and easy it was to get a car. I especially like how helpful my salesperson was. And not just helpful because commission dictates it, he seemed genuinely helpful and listened to my concerns. I didn’t feel like I was… just another number they were trying to reach for their sales goals. I mean my salesperson was so helpful to the point where It had started raining when we finished the process and he gave me an umbrella. And he even told me within a week if I wasn’t happy or finally noticed something I hadn’t noticed about the car that day, to just bring it in and have them fix it. I believe his name was Dan and I highly recommended him. He was awesome!Paul, thank you for taking the time to leave us such a great review! Daniel has the availability to locate a fair loan for you once a selection of a vehicle has been made. He listens to any concerns that you may have with… the vehicle and will take the necessary steps to correct them. In our case our travel is an hour and half from his store but the time is well worth it. This is our second vehicle and each time Daniel was true to his words. Impressive person and Dealership. I had a great time at the dealership and I left with the vehicle I wanted with no hassle. Daniel made suggestions that were… helpful and I didn't have any real issues. The only reason I wouldn't recommend them is because I don't recommend stuff to people. If I did, this would be a good place to go.MAKING IT RIGHT ! N O T
by Haywire629 on 04/24/2018As is - is - As is , they don’t point out any external flaws both sides had mirror side detection issues, the stereo had USB ports broke and was capped so you couldn’t see, one issue after another - AC went out- heated seats didn’t work-… now the engine cost me 4k to fix valve train, we have had vehicle less then a year. Bad DealWe are sorry that you are experiencing issues with your car. 7 months ago you brought to our attention an A/C issue and we immediately offered to help and make an appointment for you. Its now like you said almost a year since you bought the vehicle and we remain as willing to help. You advised us you would call back because work kept you very busy, all we ask of you is to make an appointment. We hope you will contact us and allow us the opportunity to help you correct any issues with your vehicle.

She really listened to us and immediately helped us test drive the vehicle we were interested on. She didn't make us feel pressured like other places we… visited previously; and it was very refreshing to have a saleswoman this time. She was very well mannered, cordial, honest and friendly. Not a pushy salesperson like many other places. Daniel was also very knowledgeable, friendly, honest and took the time to explain everything related to the car and what I was signing; took care of all the paperwork; and also very well mannered. It was a joy, buying my vehicle, from this place. As a single parent, I wanted something I could afford and reliable as well as the Exceptional Quality Service only Jobita and Daniel provided. Will definitely come back for my next purchase and will keep recommending my family and friends as well. Thank you.
