Walked away from their TRUECAR offer

When I called over to put down a down payment I was transferred to another employee that told me the new price was $43,727 more than the… original offer price. This is not a typo. I proceeded to contact Truecar who communicated with the Manager multiple times and stated that they will be reevaluating their relationship with this Dealership. Stay the heck away from this business!We appreciate learning about your recent service with us. We strive for a positive experience, and it appears you did not receive that from us. You weren’t pushy or the typical car salesman and I got the feeling that Raymond Chevy does things a little different than the typical dealership. There was no typical BS, he just showed us the vehicle we were interested in and at the price it was advertised at. He was so knowledgeable and… pleasant to work with. Tim was also so much help. He explained to us how to use our GM rewards account and he not only taught us how to use our new truck, but took time to teach us how to use our Traverse that we purchased elsewhere.
