They didn’t even compare! Everyone was super helpful &… friendly, and while it took a while to get everything finalized, I didn’t even realize the time flying by. Mark & I chatted about so many things, he was attentive and interesting. The finance guys were super helpful too, (I talked to a few) they answered all my questions and got me the best price! We had the pleasure of working with a really kind, patient and great salesperson that I… just had to share so that others can experience the same. Lou Mostaccio is just the best! He did not give us the runaround, there was none of the stereo typical "car salesperson" gimmicks or pressure. It truly was one of the best car purchase experiences we've had. A pleasant experience
by Bill Reed on 12/01/2023After a catastrophic breakdown of my work truck, I had to find a replacement ASAP. I found a used Jeep Wrangler online at Raymond Chevrolet that fit my requirements for Price, mileage, etc. I contacted the dealership to make an appointment… to examine the vehicle, upon my arrival I was met at the door by Honorio Diaz who brought me to sales pro Derek Kryszkiewicz who immediately had the vehicle pulled up for a test drive/inspection. It was exactly what I was looking for. upon arrival back at the dealership I was met by G.M. Van Neff who helped get me to the price I needed. Well details and paperwork were being taken care of, I was met by David Rich who took care of the extra service (undercoating) that I wanted to ensure the longevity of my purchase, then on to Bob Vrakus for finance, x-tended warranty, and the finalization of my deal. The entire process was fast and hassle free I was treated wonderfully by everyone that I dealt with and this was an EXTREMELY PLEASANT buying experience! A big THANK YOU to all involved I got exactly what I needed.We love hearing from our customers, so thank you for taking the time to write this glowing review, Bill! Unless you love headaches STAY AWAY!
by Amanda on 02/02/20230 stars...Do NOT buy your car here. Plenty of honest dealers in the area. I was sold a car with 34k miles with a full manufacturer warranty and purchased an extended warranty. The manufacturer warrant had a block on it due to lack of… maintenance and broke. Engine block. Raymond says they had no way of knowing but I got this information in 2 mins. Do they not have access or do not care to make sure the customers get the best? Stay away if you value your sanity. Rarely do you find a company that you find a company that do what it takes to make things right. That’s exactly what Raymond Chevy and management team. They went above and beyond to meet with and listen to my concerns. I have addressed all my concerns and I have my car back driving better than ever. Any company willing to step up to the plate and make sure the customer is completely satisfied, earns my business. Will be buying from them again.
