I appreciated him being easy to get in contact with. Now the financial person "Christian" was a different… matter. I was offended by his manner when he was pushing the extended warranty after repeatedly telling him I was not interested in the warranty (four times) and his attitude was that I wasn't capable of making a wise (according to him) choice on my own when my husband and I had previously discussed this matter. I felt like he was belittling my decision and it was making me really angry with his persistent pressure on the topic.Escape

They gave me what I wanted for my trade in with no dickering back and forth. Fro… was a real pleasure as well. Gave me his business card and told me to take the truck and show to my wife and let her drive it around, I have never had a dealership just tell me to drive the truck without accompanying me on the road test. The buying process is a pain, regardless of where you go, too much paperwork.… The service staff aggressively handled a computer malfunction noted before the purchase. Never been to Kendal before. I highly recommend dealing with Doyle he was so genuine and easy to talk to, I even gave him a hug when the whole process was finished!
