Got what I needed

The car buying process is so long, and I'm not sure why. Pretty straight up… deal did folks with excellent credit scores. We appreciated our finance guy, Charles, in making sure we had a great interest rate.Thebells, we are so happy to read such a great review about Kendall Ford of Meridian!

We customized the truck on the Ford website and asked James Miller, a Sales Representative at Kendall Ford of Meridian, to assist us with the purchase process. When… dealing with other dealers, they didn't take the time to answer all our questions, assuming we were unsure about what we wanted. However, James was different. He provided pictures of the red color we desired, helped us with the packages we wanted to include, and arranged the order process with our desired delivery time. James was incredibly helpful at every step, making the selection process easy and notifying us of the status of the truck from Ford. His suggestions were valuable, and he made the financing process simple with Martin, the Financial Representative. Martin explained all the financing aspects, and we decided to add extra packages for the truck, confident that we were making the best choices for our new vehicle. James and Martin were exceptional and made us feel like part of the Kendall Ford family. We plan to return to Kendall Ford for our next vehicle. Staff was always very friendly and I at least got the impression that they had nothing but a desire to make sure I was happy with the purchase, never felt scammed or lied to and… I just feel good about the entire process. Best car dealership experience I have ever had

They answered all of our questions, provided us with documents on the vehicle and on top of… everything else the finance department took another 2% off my interest rate and put the car payment due date out another month! Amazing price, amazing service!

Treated exceptionally well by everyone I worked with. Have never been… treated so well - ever, and this is my 17th vehicle. They even tinted the windows and put in leather seats at the dealer and I still paid less than I would have for the basic vehicle locally.Jim. by IDApvbl on 04/04/2024Our salesman Fernando Lopez was more than great to work with. He was super great with all of my questions, and we honestly felt like he was genuine. The gentleman who handled the financing part was amazing as well. There was a slight… scratch on the fender, that their body guy fixed perfectly. The person who we assumed was the sales manager, Geoff, needs to find a different job, or change his attitude. He completely made us feel like we were bothering him. He used the " were losing money" phrase as well. If your company was losing money, they wouldn't sell the truck. Knowing now what he is like, we will ask for a different sales manager if we do business with them again. Its not hard not to be a Ass, but evidently he feels he is above that. Other than the Sales Manager, they are a great company, and I would love to do business with them again.Idapvbl, we're glad you had such a wonderful experience with us!

With the credit had it seemed impossible to get into anything with less than 100k miles, for under 15k. I came in on Sunday,… signed my paper work and got into a 2017 ford focus that I couldn’t be happier with. They made sure everything would fit my budget and situation. Importantly, I did not feel any pressure buying from this dealer!
