But this experience was the most amazing I have ever experienced I would say in probably my life. I came in to get a 2016 Mazda 3, but it was… sold right before I got there. But I didn't lose hope because there lot was filled with so many different kinds of cars and I knew that there was a car on the lot just for me. Kristen showed me several different vehicles and was very attentive to my likes and dislikes and what I want and don't want. She was amazing and easy to talk to. she had excellent knowledge about the vehicles that were on the lot and I had many many questions. After a couple vehicles we landed on the one I took home that evening. The experience and information I got from that time, I was sold. I never expected or ever even dreamed of walking out of a dealership with the latest brand new Camry hybrid SE. They really do care about their customers and they make everything so much easier. I came across a couple bumps that I myself didn't take care of before coming in but they took care of everything for me without all the extra stress. My mind was blown and now every time I walk up to my vehicle I have a huge grin on my face while looking like a toddler who found the most amazing toy on the market. This is truly a life changer for me from what I came in, to what I left, is honestly from night to day. The vehicle Kristen helped me choose out fits my personality, wants and needs perfectly. I'm glad she was able to keep my mind open for other cars out there even though I came in for something else. I found something even better than what I came in for. Parker Toyota in CDA is the best!
by Tara on 01/27/2021Parker Toyota is the dealership I have returned to for 18 years because the service is friendly, prompt, and helpful and I love my Rav4 Toyotas. Jayce Yoshida was my sales specialist and he was very informed about the features of the cars… new and used, and yet made sure someone else could help me if he had to meet with another client who was there before me. As in the previous 2 times, buying a car at Parker was a great experience, and everyone seemed to be having a good time in the dealership. Add to it that I got a good price on what I purchased, what more would I need? Finance and service also did a fine job in taking care of my needs, but Jayce was a real stand out-thank you Jayce!Thank you for the incredible review Tara! An acceptable experience
by OldTeacher on 10/28/2019First I must mention that 4 stars does not indicate anything wrong or bad. I don't give a business 5 stars unless there was something exceptional to place them above reasonable, satisfactory service. My experience at Parker was what I… would expect of an honest dealership with commissioned sales reps. I held out for getting as close as possible just what I wanted, knowing that today's Tacoma is good, but would not have some things I would like. (We older folks fondly remember the days when we went to the dealer and specified exactly what we wanted, the dealer ordered the vehicle, and the factory manufactured that vehicle specifically for us.) So the dealership experience was about as good as buying a vehicle can be. I was in recently for my first service, and was very pleased with the service personnel. As for the Tacoma, it is solid, quiet, smooth, strong. It has a nice feel on the road. It has more fancy goodies than I need or want, yet something essential like the heating controls operate about the same way as my 1950 Plymouth. Turn the heat up until it is too warm, then down until not warm enough, etc. I really miss just setting a temperature as I do in my other (different make) vehicle. The backup camera is significantly superior to my other vehicle; bright clear, good field of vision. But the navigation screen has so little contrast. Other than some pale blue for water and pale green for a park, everything is shades of gray (with headlights off) or black and white (with headlights on). The most frustrating issue is that that the screen is always split to show two things. If navigation is one, it occupies half the screen. If tapped, it will go to full screen, but only for a few seconds. Not long enough to get one's bearings. That feature, along with the lack of contrasting color makes it impossible for me to just glance at the screen and see something helpful. Only if stopped and totally focused on the screen can I really use it. I am very pleased with the milage. My driving is generally split evenly between stretches of open areas of a couple of miles at 35-55 mph and small town streets with some stop signs and signals. I average over 20 miles per gallon. This is the second vehicle my family has purchased from Parker, and I will consider them again when we have a need.Thank you for returning to Parker Toyota for the purchase of your new Tacoma! Great experience

We decided we wanted to purchase a Toyota RAV4 Hybrid. After looking online we located one at Parker Toyota in… CDA, ID. We did all the negotiations over the phone with salesman Tim Carr, without even stepping on the lot. He went to bat for us to get it at a price point we felt was a fair price. Unfortunately, once we agreed on a price on the one we wanted it had already been sold and was being moved off the lot later that week. Tim went above and beyond working with us in locating another vehicle in our area. After some negotiations on their end they were able to bring in another vehicle in the style and color we wanted. While we waited for delivery they offered us a free rental car, which we never used, but were pleased by the offer. Once the car was delivered to the dealership we were referred to salesman Dave Valencia. Dave was very professional and polite. He made sure to see that the car was ready and there were no last minute surprises. The dealership made the whole process very painless. Dustin in financing was very informative with all the options available to us without making us feel pressured. This is our 4th Toyota purchase and our 3rd time working with Parker Toyota.Hi Brenda! I'm happy to hear that despite having your first choice sold before you could purchase it, Tim was able to locate another equally great RAV4 for you. Those hybrids are just so popular that it's hard to keep any on our lot very long!
