Easiest car I ever bought

We ordered this car a month ago, in anticipation of a cross-country vacation, and he kept us informed of its… progress to Boise, and expedited the dealer prep. Neil is knowledgeable about the vehicles, explaining all the new electronic features and amenities. The service department was very accommodating in scheduling interior and exterior surface protection applications. This dealership's personnel have always been friendly and helpful, making Subaru ownership even more satisfying.That's great to hear and congratulations on your purchase! He also provided the most thorough review of the car we have ever had. He made a point… of encouraging us to call him on his cell if we had any questions even though he would be out of town for a few days. Subaru Outback is such an outstanding vehicle and the 2015 has some really great features. great experience
by miracle2 on 06/18/2014I compare going to a car dealership with going to the dentist....not something I am thrilled to do. I was recommended to see Lynn S. at Larry Miller Subaru about purchasing a new subaru, I was set on getting a Forester. After meeting with… him and picking one out I had him work the numbers. He also informed me they had great sales on the 2014 outbacks and the price was about the same. So I had him crunch the numbers on the outback. There was not much of a difference between the premium outback and the standard forester. I drove both again, compared the options etc...now mind you you I ask a lot of questions and like to see everything in writing. At no time did I feel any pressure or pushiness from Lynn I asked for the facts and that was what I got. I am happy to report that I am very satisfied with the purchase of my new outback and would recommend Lyn to any of my friends or acquaintances. Even though the lot didn't have the vehicle we wanted, he went out of his way to see if he could… meet our wants/needs including installing leather seats. Here's the kicker - after buying a vehicle somewhere else (exact model we wanted and a great color already on the lot), I left him a voice message a a courtesy to let him know we were no longer in the market. I expected that to be the end of it, right? He then called me back a few hours later to congratulate me on finding a car I was happy with, and offered to answer any questions I had with the new vehicle and wished me well. My shiny new (to me) Outback

Kyle came out at the perfect time & took me to my perfect car. A short test drive later and I… am happily buying her! A HUGE major plus in their column was their treatment of my daughter. She was never ignored, they shook hands with her,listened when she asked questions and always treated her as though she was as important as the buyer. I LOVED that. Showing my girl that kind of respect puts a HUGE plus sign in my columns. :) They made the extra effort and time to find me the financing plan that I needed to stay on budget as well.
