I have subsequently returned to Dennis Dillon for regular maintainence. The service has always been good. This time, Brandi, my service… rep, went above and beyond what I expected. She communicated with me every step of the way. Understood my hesitance and was patient while I made decisions. She researched, found and purchased a part that was needed and ordered it in a timely manner. She’s amazing!Truck service

by 2021 Road Trip on 07/29/2021Our Yukon broke down half way through our 2 week road trip. Marcus got us in line despite the crazy backup at the service department and made fixing our car and vacation his priority. Rental cars were hardly an option but the quick and… friendly shuttle driver, Robert, made getting around fun and easy. This incident could have ruined the trip but thanks to the Dillon team, we were back on the road in less than a day. Thank you!!!!!!!Great service

I experienced a problem with my transmission about 6 months later. From start to finish, Dennis Dillon was on it! They… had my truck towed and provided me a loaner. They kept me informed throughout the process. They even changed my oil, rotated my tires, and fixed a few recalls that popped up. Everything was done a day earlier than expected! Great organization and the best people!Oil Change

by Alphabunch on 03/07/2018Horrible experience. I have been loyal to Dennis Dillon for maintenance on my 1995 GMC Vandura for 10 years. It has been very expensive but I figured things would be done right and it would last. There has been several instances over… the years that I was not truly satisfied but pressure from calls, surveys, and email I did not want to get anyone in trouble or take the time. The last service I received was the worst. With my last oil change it was suggested that I had a transmission leak and I had had my transmission rebuilt by AAMCO in Denver in July, the tech suggested that I take it to my local AAMCO and have it checked out there. They were very nice and did not charge me anything and let me know that all for the transmission lines were dry but there were other leaks. I went back to Dennis Dillon, who I thought I could trust, LT (the service advisor) said that there were many things leaking and they would be happy to fix them for around $1000...ouch. LT did not call the phone number that I had indicated on the ticket and not until 2 days later I was advised it was done. During that time I reviewed the work that DD had done and it was the same work that had been done in previous years (power steering and oil lines). I asked LT and his response was that in Boise the weather is such with hot and cold and they were after market parts the DD installed previously and... that that is what happens. Then I looked under the Van and was leaking worse! Now he said that it was the water pump that he had never mentioned but...he would only charge me for parts because he missed it. I really had no choice! Again no call but a text that said the water pump was fixed. What a horrible experience! Looking back I should have documented better the poor service I have received in the past.
