They Completely Ignored Me.
by Randy M on 10/27/2022I've contacted sales seven separate times inquiring about an Audi R8 order, stock coming in etc. I've left voicemails or emails to Darin Panda (General Mgr) Ivan Suquet (Sales Mgr) Nicolaus Gaub (Audi Brand Specialist) and Nathan Lloyd… (Audi Brand Specialist). They all have simply ignored or disregarded my inquiries. Business must be really good if they don't return contacts. Someone told me (after I tried to make contact with this dealership) that they price R8's $50K over list price . Now I know why they haven't returns my calls or emails. I moved to Boise about a year ago. I've had many Audis over the years but this dealership apparently can't be bothered in fostering a relationship with me. I try to buy local but I have no alternative but to buy my Audis out of the Boise market.No Pressure!
by Robert on 01/25/2019Met Lee and did a test drive of a Q7. Went back today and he was out so we met Gabe and did a test drive of a Q8. Both times the guys were very helpful and friendly to us. They answered our questions and explained the features of each… vehicle. We won't hesitate to buy from here if we decide on an Audi.Another great experience

by Front123 on 08/16/2017I unfortunately fell into buying an overpriced warranty for an overpriced car that was "highly recommended". At the time of sale, Shelley stated the dealership can do ALL work on this car with this warranty and that everything would be… covered. I had car issues only THREE months after buying the car and the service department stated that "the sales people don't know what they're talking about ....we can't work on this car". Shelley was notified regarding giving me wrong information and all she wanted to do is sell me a more expensive warranty with no deductible when the service department would still not be able to do anything about fixing the problem. The dealership, sales person, and service department have no right to be selling a car they know nothing about. I traded in a very nice car for a lemon and feel completely taken for. I want my car back! I will NEVER buy from this dealership again and everyone I can possible tell will know about it!Excellent Purchasing Experience
by alex768 on 05/27/2015I went in to Audi hoping to upgrade from my Mazda. I was met by Angela who allowed me to get a feel for what model would be best for me. She was incredible patient through the process and was never pushy. They did an excellent job!
