I wouldn't consider buying from them after what they put me through.
by Dan from Maine on 02/22/2025I would have put negative star rating if it would have let me. I live 18 hours from the dealership. I was called on Thursday early evening and spoke with the sales person Taylor (who communicated well and was generally helpful) on a truck… that they have for sale. Friday morning our communication continued finalizing a couple of details and we came to a purchase agreement. Taylor worked with someone at the dealership that puts the deals together and sent me a purchase agreement and I got the financing ready. They talked with my Credit Union and everything. I was told everything was good to go. I indicated that I would get a flight there that same day and buy the truck and I would drive it home. I got everything arranged with the sales person and whoever makes the deals (as I said, I had the purchase agreement) by approximately 1:00 PM on Friday. Arranging my travel there, my arrival in Atlanta would be too late to get to the dealership and buy it on Friday so I also bought a hotel room for the night and would be at the dealership Saturday morning when they open to buy the truck. I communicated this to taylor by 2:15 PM Friday so she was aware. Taylor agreed to meet me at the dealership an hour before they open so I could buy the truck and get started on my 18 hour drive back home and make the best of Saturday for travel. I got a text and email from the dealership with my appointment to pick up the truck and the sales person texted indicating she was looking forward to meeting me Saturday morning and finalizing the transaction. I hopped on the bus to make the 3 hour trip to Logan Airport in Boston, and bought a ticket to fly from Boston to Atlanta and reserved a room for the night. As the bus was pulling into Logan Airport, I got a text from Taylor apologizing and telling me that the manager had accepted a wire on the truck that morning and "forgot" to mark it as sold. We had spent all morning and the day before working on the deal and nobody knew it was sold? I am out bus fare as well as flight ticket and hotel reservation to in the amount of approximately $436.00. Plus wasted a whole day working on something that apparently was already sold. THE TRUCK iS STILL LISTED FOR SALE on their site. I would not trust that any car is available based on this experience. Again, Taylor was apologetic and communicated best she could but to have a vehicle worked on by sales person, the person that agreed to the deal and wrote up the purchase agreement and spoke to my Credit Union all while not even knowing that the truck was supposedly not even available - absolutely unbelievable! I have sold cars at dealerships and this was just unacceptable to put a potential customer through. Just beware if you re considering buying from this dealership...
