by Mike_U on 12/03/2019I bought a 2011 F-250 King Ranch and I couldn't be happier. Since buying it I have had everything checked and rechecked and I have had nothing but good reports on this truck. Amir was great throughout the hole process and was very… responsive even weeks after the sale was final. If you go to North Georgia Auto brokers to buy a car you should definitely ask for Amir! He will take good care of you.Bought 2 vehicles and will come back for more
by Rita_K on 11/24/2019My son bought a truck and he had such a good experience I had to go see what they had. I found exactly what I was looking for. The staff is extremely nice and easy to work with. I definitely recommend everyone checking them out when… looking for a vehicle, they can find you anything you want.Good purchase experience
by DHines on 11/24/2019My wife and I bought a SUV from one of NGAB dealerships, Classic Luxury Motors, and the staff there is top notch! Also I called Irene at North Georgia Auto Brokers to expedite their progress for getting our licence plate, since we had a… road trip coming up within 30 days of purchase. She was very professional & helpful... Thanks to Irene, we were able to get this taken care of before leaving Georgia!!Never purchase a vehicle from this dealership.
by Bea on 11/23/2019They are deceptive. I purchase a 2014 Bettle on Wednesday 11/20/2019. The next day the check engine light came on took it to the VW Dealership and was told the I needed a new oil pressue sensor and a Timing Chain. that's going to cost me… or $4k. They told me the car had no mechanical problems. I expected the normal wear and tear like brakes tires oil change.Awesome experience

by DBro on 06/17/2019updated 06/25/2019Bought a 2011 BMW three months ago and have sever engine problems. The warrenty I purchased is worthless. When I call I'm on hold for long periods of time and when I show up I'm told "come back". I contacted the finance company to inform… them of the unethical practice of this dealership. Waiting to see if they are going to make this right, until then, dont spend your hard earned money here! Stay tuned for update.Good Deal Gone Bad
by SB on 06/17/2019I purchased a 2012, S550 Mercedes from North Georgia Auto Brokers. Things started out well, Irene was kind and professional. Two of the owners seemed like good guys. We paid cash and got our car and had our eye on another vehicle for a… cash transaction. Well, we are certainly glad we did not do that. I ended up spending $1850 on maintaince on a car I just purchased. I went back to the dealership when the car begin to run rough and got push back from one of the owners. At that point I had owned the car for 31 days. He said I was pass 30 days and he couldn't help me.. (Understand I had purchased a 90 day extended warranty) Another example: the car had 119,000 on it when purchased but had the original spark plugs?? They did not check to see if the car had been properly serviced and tuned up. The big deal was it took almost 90 days to get my car tagged, after 2 extensions on temporary tags. There were a host of reasons why we didn't get our tag in a timely manner. None of those reasons mattered to me. I really wanted to like this dealer. I am sure I will purchase other cars, just not from them.Let-Down, Disappointed, and Too Little Too Late
by APryer on 02/18/2019I contacted Mark at the dealership about a car I found on cargurus. I informed him on a Monday that I was very interested and would be traveling 8 hours with the intent to purchase the car. I noted that I would be driving the car back, so… I made it a point to discuss the importance of the car's need to be road ready upon my arrival- tires, brakes, and suspension specifically. He said he'll look it over well and if it needs tires he'll take care of it. I also asked if there was anything about the car that was not captured in the posted pictures. Mark seemed very informative and assured me that the car was nothing less than what was conveyed through the photos, and would be ready to make the drive back to Southern Illinois. He even told me about a small door ding that doesn't show up well in photos. I put a monetary hold on the car on Tuesday and maintained contact with Mark all week, including during the trip down Friday afternoon. I contacted Mark the next morning to tell him we would be there around noon to get the car. When I pulled up, there was really nowhere for a customer to park. The lot was crammed full of vehicles, and the attempted shuffle of them by employees was chaotic to say the least. My future car sat in front of a garage door with the driver's door open and a vacuum sitting outside of it, the hose still inside but nobody close-by. I walked up to it expecting to be happy to see it clean and ready to go. However, its appearance was that of a vehicle just taken in on trade less than an hour prior. (The car had been listed on cargurus for months.) I stood around to see if somebody was going to finish cleaning it before I sat in it and looked it over. Finally, somebody came to move the vacuum. Mark got the key for me and I began looking the car over. The interior didn't surprise me; it was pretty much as the pictures showed, except when I pulled down the rear seat arm rest. The area behind it was busted out. Sure it's hidden when the arm rest is up, but it is highly noticeable and incredibly unsightly when it is down. It also looks like a rather large and costly piece to have to replace. I raised the hood, and they definitely were not trying to hide anything. There was oil all over the engine like it had been leaking for years and the previous owner(s) simply added oil to it instead of having the leak repaired. At least, I hope they added oil to it. I took it down the road a ways. The tire pressure light was on. The clutch pedal had a little grab in the travel just at the point where the clutch started to engage the flywheel. Enough so where it continually got my attention and I had to finesse it a little when taking off from a stop in order to not kill it. When I got it on the freeway, I barely got it to 50mph before the steering wheel tried to shake out of my hand. Mark hadn't checked the tires, I guess. When I hit the brakes to take an exit and turn around, the car shook even more. Well, it needs brake work, too. As I sat at the light to turn back east, the smell of oil burning off of the engine was almost sickening. I was a technician for 20 years, so it takes a lot of burning oil to make me feel sick. When I got back with the car, Mark came up to me with a smile on his face like I had just driven the nicest car on their lot. (It could very well be.) I told him I was pretty disappointed with it and began going over the list of problems. He talked to his "Audi certified tech" who said it would take 4 hours to do all of the repairs. Oh, and they'll only charge me $40 a piece to replace the front tires. Irritated, I told him that he's had almost a week to get the car ready for me, so I will not be waiting on anything; I'm ready to head home now without the car. The bigger picture here is that this car has been for sell for quite some time, and I appear to be the first person to inspect it. I used to make a decent living that way, but I just drove across 2 states to do it for free. He tried to negotiate a better price for me, along with throwing in a 4 month warranty at any Audi dealership. I'm not sure how that actually works when purchasing a car at a non-Audi lot, but it was almost intriguing enough to look into. Before I called an Audi dealership close to home to ask about the presented warranty, I realized how much I may need that coverage, based on everything I found in 30 minutes. What in the world am I getting in to with this car? I backed out of the deal and got my deposit back. I did thank Mark for attempting to work with me on the repairs and offering to negotiate on the price, but it wasn't about that anymore. He could have knocked 3,000 off of it and I still wouldn't have wanted it. I dodged a bullet coming home without that car, but it cost me 2 days and hundreds of dollars. Good luck to anyone who travels to this lot from any distance.Buying was a Breeze
by Quentin on 02/17/2019Irene is the best at what she does! Once I contacted her she pushed the sell through and I was riding within 2 days to GA to pick up my vehicle. The car was as I seen it online and they had it freshly detailed upon my arrival to pick up.… Thanks Irene for all your help!!Ask for Ms. Cute and Sweet Irene!!!
by YolandaPitts73 on 02/03/2019Irene is the best at what she does, She's not only cute but she know what she's doing when it comes to selling a vehicle. I had the best and smoothest experience with buying my Mercedes GLK 350 and I love it!!! Being that I stay so far all… I had to do was come in, test drive the vehicle and sign my paperwork...She had me out of there in less than 2 hrs. She's the bomb, very sweet and professional with it. Thank you Irene!!!Stay Away!!!!
by LM on 12/20/2018This is by far the worst and shady's dealership I have ever dealt with. I purchased many cars over the years and it is places like this that give car dealerships and salespeople a bad reputation. Everyone from the owner down to the sales… people at this location are apparently on the same page with poor customer service, lying about repairs they will complete to get you to buy a car, and then once you sign, they just pass you around so much and no-one takes any accountability. Yet they seem to have pride in their lack of accountability. During my multiple trips to the dealership, during and after purchasing my vehicle, there was always a customer coming in to resolve a huge issue that always seemed to have being misled by the representatives of the dealership. I asked my salesperson {Irene} isn't she tired of upsetting so many people? How are the She said she sleeps well because the "as-is" sticker overrides any promises they make so any customer should have known and that is their fault! I could say a lot more but, there is nothing more important to know than you should just stay away from this dealership and their lies and complete lack of etics or morals!!Awesome buying experience
