Never got a reply from the message sent through Edmunds. Called the dealership and got Sales. A gentleman answered who turned out not to be a gentleman. I asked about the Lexus LC 500 advertised. Gave me the runaround then asked my name and number so he could go check on the car. I said I would hold. He then proceeded to tell me he had to check out anyone they sold to to make sure they were local that they wouldn’t sell to anyone not local and that he had to check me out. I told him I would hold while he checked on the car. Extremely rude. Very surprised Lexus has someone like that as a Dealer. I will report to Lexus.

I had the worst dealership experience of my life at Lexus Nalley Galleria in Smyrna. My salesperson was Tre Johnson, and the manager who ultimately did nothing to make a bad situation right was Craig White. In response to an internet inquiry, I was sent pricing information on two vehicles by Tre Johnson. I selected one of the two vehicles and we spent the next two days negotiating a deal over email. Once we agreed on the terms of the deal, I scheduled a time to come into the dealership and do the required paperwork. ...except that when I finally arrived at the dealership, it became clear that during the course of our negotiations, Tre had switched the vehicle to a lower trim model without telling me. His response? I forgot to tell you. The effect? I was baited and switched. This experience was made all the worse by the fact that I told Tre at the beginning of our negotiations that I was leaving on a cross-country trip that same week and would have to delay my trip in order to purchase a car from him. He assured me that he would give me a deal that I couldn't get anywhere else, and that it would be worth it to delay my trip. Needless to say, it wasn't, and the result of my experience with Lexus Nalley Galleria was countless wasted hours and hundreds of dollars of additional travel expenses that amounted to nothing. When I asked to speak to a manager, I was introduced to Craig White. After explaining the horrible experience that I had just had to him, his response was essentially, "Sorry, he made a mistake." He did nothing to make the situation right. I ended up purchasing a vehicle from another dealership, where I was treated properly. And that is exactly where I would recommend you spend your money, at another dealership. (Mr. Waibel, please save the conciliatory message with your phone number. I have no intention of calling you to subject myself to further mistreatment by your dealership. If you actually have any desire to make anything right, my contact information is easy enough for you to find.)

It all started with an email inquiring about on of the CPO vehicles on the lot. I received a prompt response and straightforward contact from then on. Pedro and Raul were remarkably efficient and the car buying process was stress free. Their dealership lives up to the Lexus premium standard. I can picture myself going here for all of my cars from here on out. Maybe an RC-F in my future?

I had the best experience with Megan Russell in the internet sales team getting my 2015 IS 250. She brought it in for free from out of state and made everything effortless and was a pleasure to deal with! Nally Lexus does it again! This is my 2nd time using them in 2 years and definitely recommend. No other Lexus dealer compares in Atlanta.

I just purchased a new 2015 IS 350C from Nalley Lexus Galleria, in Smyrna, GA. My sales consultant was Bob Warner. Bob was an excellent person to do business with. He was honest, no pressure, and willing to go the extra mile to make you buying experience excellent. I would recommend him to anyone who has had a bad car buying experience in the past.

We had basically decided on buying a RX350 and were thinking of a low-mileage used unit. After driving a couple of them, Randy Autrey asked if we had looked at new units, which we had not. He showed us a new RX in a color which we had not seen, and we fell in love with it. I have worked in other dealerships and have sold cars myself. My experience in sales and knowing how many dealerships treat customers was certainly blown away by Nalley's treatment and respect shown toward us. The deal was made with minimal negotiation and at a price less than what we were prepared to spend. The dealership facility is spotlessly clean and the creature comforts are excellent. I watched the interactions of Nalley's employees with other customers and was pleased to see that other folks were being treated nicely, also.

We were pleased to find the car we were interested in was on the lot and as described online. It was our good fortune to meet and work a deal with Randy Autrey. Randy was a good listener and a fair negotiator. When we were all set to close our deal, there were a couple of minor glitches in the paperwork, which Randy jumped on and resolved to our satisfaction.

I negotiated the entire deal with Pedro over email and the whole experience was fantastic. He was honest and friendly. He even came in on his day off to meet me and finalize the sale. All in all it was one of my best car-buying experiences!

WOMAN BEWARE...... I had purchased a car here before so I made an appointment for My husband and I to look at some SUV's to purchase one for a joint family car. I called and told the salesman I'd be 30 minutes late. We get there and they said he left an hour and half ago. Then we got a different salesperson, scary tall guy. My husband and I went in to trade in our sons car and to buy a SUV. We found the car and agreed on a trade in (way lowball) for our sons car. Next thing I know I'm trying to negotiate the price and the salesman YELLED at me about wasting all his time, etc. He actually made me cry. Then the salesman and my husband totally ganged up on me and my husband bought the car and left my name off the title after I told them to make sure I was on the title. It doesn't matter if your names on the check they just belittle and ignore women and totally take advantage of sucker men. DON'T JUST WALK AWAY.....RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN!

I bought my IS250 in December 2014, but wanted to hold off on the review until I experienced both the Sales and Service Department at Nalley Lexus Smyrna.. and I can honestly say I’m definitely a 100% a Satisfied Customer. The Purchase: When I arrived at the Dealership, I was almost put off by not being immediately swarmed by a Car salesmen as I stepped out of my car, (It’s shame how we’ve come to expect that behavior) but it was nice to browse the lot a bit on my own. When I walked inside I was immediately welcomed by the Receptionist and a Salesman was promptly paged. After a few minutes, I was greeted by Muhamed Nijie. He was extremely knowledgeable and pleasant. I truly appreciated his “No pressure” style. He along with Larry Guarcello (Business Mgr.) negotiated financing which was even better than the Pre-approved Financing I walked in the door with. As a single Lady, car buying can be a bit intimidating, but the Sales Team made me feel less like being in a Lion’s Den and more like working with a trusted family friend. Also I have to add, the excellent customer service has not ended since I drove off the lot. Mohamed has been awesome at following up a few times to ensure I’ve been enjoying my new ride (2012 IS250) and making sure my tag transfer went smoothly. The Service Dept: About 3wks of blissful IS250 ownership my Tire Pressure sensor light came on and I realized I must’ve missed that step of “Kicking the Tires” when I bought the car. So I booked an appt. online at Nalley Lexus Smyrna Service with Chris Wells. (Side note: Before booking the appt with Chris, I read several favorable reviews on Google.com specifically referencing his wonderful service.) After price shopping the major tire retailers the day before my appt I found the Dealership’s prices were on average about $65.00 higher.. But because I read such great things, I decided to give it a go and glad I did! Once I pulled in, I was immediately greeted and escorted inside to have a Latte at the Café while I waited. Turns out the cause for the Tire Sensor was a nail jammed into the back Driver side tire, which would need to be replaced. Chris reviewed the same options I researched previously, but to my surprise without having to haggle, or arm-wrestle to get a deal, the price was the exact same as I found on the lowest Competitor’s site. So just as I was about to skip out, thinking I only needed one tire.. upon further inspection I actually need the front 2 tires replaced too. Ugh! Just when I was gearing up for the tears, I explained to Chris that I just bought the car and haven’t even made my 1st payment yet.. He said, “Hold tight.. let me see what we can do.” Well let’s just say the Reviewers of Chris Wells certainly did not lie. He along with his Service Mgr. Chad Duncan worked with the Sales Dept and I rolled out with 2 brand new front tires at no cost!! Love, Love, Love these guys and I’m looking forward working with Nalley Lexus Smyrna for ALL my maintenance needs to ensure I can keep “Taking corners at 60mph”!!

My wife and I were looking to buy new vehicle , between two luxury SUVs the Lexus RX and the Acura MDX. We will say that both vehicles drove and similar and the rides were the similar. Our deciding factor was the dealership. we felt that Lexus (both were Nalley of highway 41) were better suited to our needs. With that said, our salesmen Bob W. was professional and patient. Bob never pressured us and answered every question that we presented. In addition, James B., General Sales Manager, was personable and made us feel comfortable and welcome. We closed the deal on July 22 and will take delivery on Saturday, July 26. We are excited to be part of the Nalley Lexus family and look forward to many years of fruitful experiences.
