My sales associate, George H., was a complete professional. George spent a lot of time… answering my questions and I never, ever felt hurried or pressured. My only regret is that I didn't discover George or Capital Cadillac sooner! I absolutely LOVE my SRX. In fact, I have never liked a car as much as this one. The dealership and specifically Mr. H. has called me several times to make sure that I am still as happy as the day of my purchase. Car Purchase Experience With A Dealer, 500 Miles Away.
by moinkhan on 02/07/2013updated 08/03/2025Few weeks ago I took a flight to Atlanta, GA from New Orleans, LA to meet Mr. Gumala O., Sales Associate at the Capital Cadillac Dealership. I had shopped around on-line for a car, did contact many dealers in other cities such as, Houston,… San Antonio, Dallas, Tampa, as well as my hometown, New Orleans, etc, but the Capital Cadillac deal looked better. At the Atlanta Airport, Mr. O. was there to receive me, (He was kind enough to do that, because up to that point the sale wasn't finalized, I had not put any deposit for the car). At the dealership, every staff member I met was very helpful, courteous and polite. My car buying experience from a dealer, 500 miles out of town, was excellent and well worth the trip. I have recommended Capital Cadillac to few other people, hope they have bought, or will buy their car from them. I have purchased 17/18 cars in my lifetime, I think the experience of dealing with Capital Cadillac was the best.Thank you for all of the positive feedback! Amazing Experience

My daughter is a new college student in Atlanta and I live here in Savannah. We had tons of mechanical… problems with her current vehicle. We had the car towed to Capital Cadillac and instead of having it serviced AGAIN we decided to trade it in for a more reliable car. My daughter is only 18 years old and I worry about her constantly on her own in Atlanta of course. Carolyn is also a mother and basically took right over in helping us to find an affordable reliable vehicle that wasn't even on their website yet. She went above and beyond what you would expect from a salesperson. I cannot even tell you all of the little things she did. She treated my daughter like one of her own children. Put her insurance card in the glove box...activated the Onstar. Made sure the car had new tires and brakes and was very safe for my young driver. She was honest, straight forward and helped me process all the paperwork from here in Savannah. I honestly have told all of my friends and family about Carolyn and my experience at Capital Cadillac and we have all decided that we are going to drive to Atlanta the next time we purchase vehicles. I have purchased about 20 vehicles in my lifetime and I have NEVER had this type of incredible service that we experienced at Capital Cadillac.Thank you for the thoughtful and humbling review! by gdwDTS on 08/19/2013updated 08/03/2025Approx. 7 mths ago I bought a 2008 DTS from Capital Cadllac on cobb pkwy.The Salemen Terry W.&George H. are two salemen that will be selling to me if I ever buy another car.When I tell you those two are the most helpful and honest salesmen… I've ever known in my lifetime of buying cars.When I go there I don"t want to deal with anyone else but those two. To give you and example of there spirit. A week ago I was headed to church,got in my car and it wouldn't start,not realizing I had left lights on two days before by pushing and turning buttons instead of reading my manual first. I got on my phone(sunday morning)and called George H. I tell u he took time and told me everything I needed to do to get the problem solved.No problems since, although it was me in the beginning. But Mr. H. was available to help me.So if you really want a excellent car with excellent salesmen service also with honest answers go to Capital Cadillac on cobb pkwy and ask for George H. or Terry W.I'll put my money on those two any day. I thought a Lexus SUV would be great, but after I drove the Cadillac SRX, I knew it was the car for me. I shopped for a car at several dealerships in the Marietta… and Rome areas. When the time came for a new vehicle Capital was my first choice. My experience was most satisfactory. They had a good inventory of… the vehicle I was looking for. I first contacted Capital through the internet. I then visited the store. From the beginning everyone I came in contact with was very professional. I wasnt bombarded with endless phone calls or emails trying to get my business nor did i feel pressure to make the deal. Capital was easy to work with. My sales person was Steve R. He really made the experience comfortable and pleasant. Thanks to Ronny R. as well. Based on my experience I would definitely recommend Capital Cadillac. As a Cadillac driver my expectation is that the service should match the product. Capital exceeded my expectation.Thank you very much for this positive review! Brad is a real pro and he… fully educated me on CUE which is quite an accomplishment. I've been driving Mercedes for years and honestly I don't think I'll ever go back? I leased this car... my first Cadillac and I was treated much better than any BMW, Mercedes dealer in the city, their sales people are snobby.
