    After shopping all the other Metro Atlanta Lexus dealers, we purchased a 2013 RX350 from Nalley Galleria because 1. They had the car we wanted in inventory, 2. Pricing was competitive, 3. Sales woman was professional, knowledgeable, and went out of her way to make us HAPPY! It was the most painless car purchase ever & we love our new Lexus!

    We recently purchased a car. Initially we went to test drive cars as we were narrowing down which cars to consider. The salesman knew that we were not going to purchase right away. Once home, we checked online and noticed some very good deals after checking the price against both edmunds and kelly bluebook. I contacted the salesman and they said they would honor the internet prices. We decided to go ahead and purchase. I've dealt with places in the past that made you feel that you were a bother. Everything was very professional. Information was giving matter-of-fact with no pushiness. I highly recommend them.

    It was a very positive profesional experience. Bob W., the slaes rep was very knowledgeable about the car as well as about the competitive vehicles I was considering. They were flexible on price, and at no time were they pushy or manipulative. I would highly recommend them. Bob F.

    We were treated like we were special, and given a very good deal. We found the sales person to be extremely friendly and professional. He was very knowledable of the product and treated us with respect. He handled the purchase with proficiency and helpfulness.

    I was completely satisfied with all transactions Everything was handled online except the signing. The car arrived on the date promised.Was able to buy more amenities at a better price, than from local dealer.

    I had a wonderful experience at Nalley Lexus with Nate V.. I was looking for a pre-owned RX350 or RX400h. the selection at Nalley was great, they had several vehichles in my price range, and the atmosphere was very relaxed. Nate was knowledgeable about the various models, respectful of our price range, and patient with me. I never felt pressured or like I was being pushed into a vehichle as I have in the past. Overall, the entire process from looking at cars to final purchase was an excellent experience and I plan on returning to Nalley Lexus in the future.

    My experience at Nalley Lexus Smyrna was wonderful! I was in the market for a pre-owned vehicle and had the pleasure of working with Horace M. to find the perfect car. He was in constant contact with me each week with the upcoming inventory and we were able to narrow it down. When we located the perfect vehicle they worked with me to repair the seats that had been worn out over the years. After they were fixed, the seats looked brand new!! I was very pleased with the service and love my new Lexus! I will definitely be a returning customer down the road!

    First off I can sincerely appreciate such a high level of customer service and I’ll definitely be a lifetime customer. We discussed all the details the day prior and when I got to the dealership everything was prepared. This is the first Lexus I’ve purchased and the salesperson reviewed all vehicle related documentation and she literally briefed and performed every option on the vehicle. The sales and finance person was extremely passionate about customer service furthermore they valued my time. Basically from the time I entered the facility to leaving were undoubtedly the most incredible experiences I’ve had when purchasing a vehicle.
