    JC Lewis Ford and especially my salesman Jay did an unbelievable job. I ordered my truck the way I wanted it to be built and Jay was on the ball and made sure the transaction went as smooth as possible. I had a great experience!

    Buying a vehicle from a dealer is probably my least favorite thing to do. However, I recently purchased a new 2020 F150 King Ranch from JC Lewis and David McCalla and I had the best experience. This is the 3rd new vehicle I’ve purchased from JC Lewis, but the first since 2011... I’m happy to say that the customer service is still the same if not better. There was very little inventory on the Savannah lot and delivery of the new 2021s is slow due to COVID. David worked his butt off trying to find me what I wanted on one of the JC Lewis lots and lots across the state. Thank you David and Team for an excellent car buying experience!!! I’ll be back!!!

    I’ve been wanting one of these trucks for a very long time. I walked into the dealership thinking I wouldn’t be able to get one but would ask about it anyways. Patricia was quick to help means the process was so smooth. I was even able to do the finance portion over the phone at home which really helped me out. Also, Robin Walls answered all of my questions easily and reassured me as this was a big purchase. I would defintely go back or tell people I know to go there and do business. But, I plan on keeping this truck for a very long time!!

    Zabet made my experience as a customer more like a family visit, I drove over 200 miles to look at a truck, and was very happy to drive it home. The process was simple and relaxing.

    I purchased a used F150 from JCL Ford recently and the overall experience was great. Quentin, in Sales, was very helpful, answered my questions, and facilitated allowing my mechanic to check the vehicle. Within a day, we made a deal and I purchased the vehicle. I would consider buying from JCL again.

    Everything!!! I came in without an appointment, but it wasn't a problem with them. (slight emergcy- it rain and my sunroof wouldn't close ). Our Military family moved away from Savannah, GA 1 1/2 yrs ago. Since moving we've EXPERIENCED other Ford Service Departments (what a desater, rude, incompetency) Lets say, I'm GLAD my sunroof broke while I was visiting here in Savannah, GA. (4hrs. From home) I knew exactly where to take my 2013 Expedition EL Limited for good, honest, quality maintance.....J.C. Lewis Ford Service Department !! Chase Roble & service members here J.C. Lewis Ford Service Dept. listened to me concerns and they asked me questioned back to be sure we are both on the same page ( so-to-speak) The work that has been done in the passed on our vehicles has been nothing but outstanding. When I drive off, I am comfortable, confident knowing my vehicles sunroof is in good hands, and the sun will be shining through and NOT the rain!! :) Thank you all, Keep up the good work!
