Great knowledge and customer service

I have been going to Jackson Acura for several years. They have serviced my 2003 TL, 2006 TL, 2008 MDX, and 2015 RDX. They always have knowledgeable advisors and skilled techs. Highly recommend.

Such a pleasant experience

After considering Infiniti,Volvo, and Lincoln, we decided on an Acura RDX as our new vehicle. The closest Acura dealer was Jackson Acura. Our Sales Consultant, Paul Silverman, was exceptional throughout the whole purchase, as was Michael St. Clair, Finance Director. Such a pleasant experience.

Easy, Painless Experience

My fiancee and I were in desperate search for a car. We both work and were using one car for the longest time. We went to a few dealerships before going to Jackson Acura and the experience we had at Jackson Acura was one of the best experience we've had at any dealership. Our sales consultant was CM. He's patient, professional and understands customer's wants and needs. He was more than willing to help us and did everything he could to make us happy. I would definitely refer my friends and family to CM and Jackson Acura. Best experience I've had yet! Also, I'm now a proud owner of a Used 2011 Acura TSX thanks to CM.

Best dealership around!

I will never go anywhere else than Jackson Acura when it comes to buying a car. As soon as I walked into the door I felt nothing but great vibes, and that everyone was here to help me. The salespeople weren't trying to sell me a car, they were helping me buy a car. I will recommend all of my friends and family to come to this dealership over the other ones in this area.

Terrible service

Had my car serviced a month ago with transmission fluid change. A few days later had the issue of transmission fluid noise. Management insist there is no issue with their service and ask customer to pay for service again. Ridiculous and ripoff!! Stay away as far as you can !!!

Terrible

I'm leaving 1 out of 5, and here's why. Last month, I bought a used car from here, with a paint gouge in the door. I told my salesperson, C.M., that we had a deal if they took care of the paint scratch. He agreed and I bought the car. C.M. explained to me that the paint person does the work outside, and the weather had to be nice. This was understandable, but I had to call them every time to keep following up, and got very few callback requests honored. After 3 weeks, I decided to also speak with the used car manager to get everything resolved in a timely manner. Patrick was very nice on the phone, and although he was going on vacation, he took ownership of my issue and passed my info to Dmitry, who was supposed to call me that afternoon or the next day. About 4 days later, after not hearing from Dmitry, I called to again try to arrange the paint work. Dmitry told me to come by Friday and they would take care of it. I asked for some details about the process, as I was concerned that painting outside with the pollen might be problematic. Dmitry said, "The guy does a great job, you won't even be able to tell". That sounded great to me, so I brought my car today. Dmitry asked for my keys and I said I would like to go wait where the car was being painted because I was working remotely, and may need to retrieve items from my car while it dried. Dmitry told me I couldn't accompany my car to the location, and he refused tell me where my car was going when I asked. I said if my car is going to a body shop, why is it a big deal for me to go wait at the location? At this point, Dmitry got really defensive and started arguing with me. THIS WAS AN IMMEDIATE RED FLAG. I expressed that I was uncomfortable sitting at the dealership for an indeterminate amount of time, while I didn't know where my car was. I also expressed concerns about the body shop being used, as MAACO is right down the street, and they are notoriously bad at what they do. Then Dmitry starts arguing with me and telling me this is basically how it works. I told him this was unacceptable for me and we would need to consider another option. At this point, he continued arguing with me, including in front of customers out front, and got on the phone with someone, I assume the paint guy. Finally, the paint guy shows up, but he took my car off site to do the work. When it came back, it was far from what was promised. Not only is the paint not matched correctly, it was obviously smeared on with the touch up brush, and it's not even smooth. Rough and uneven. I have done better touch up jobs in my driveway, but went out of my way to let a professional do it this time because it was in a very visible spot and it was larger than usual. I thought for sure with their experience, it would be better than what I could do, so I brought it to them on Dmitry's word, which was that "I wouldn't even be able to tell." 1 star is pretty fair. First, because I had to chase them on the phone for 3 weeks to get someone to take ownership of the problem. Secondly, Dmitry was not professional about the situation at all, and had a rude attitude with me when I questioned the details. Third, the actual work is not good. It is not even close to professional. If I had any idea it was going to be this bad, I would have done it myself. When I showed other people the work, the most common reaction was, "A body shop guy did that?!?!" The only real redeeming parts of the experience were that C.M. and Patrick were both cool and professional with me. As it is, this has cost me a day out of work, and now the cost of taking it to a reputable body shop to finally make it right. Very disappointed. I gave them all the chances to make this right, and I was very patient. With all of the positive reviews here, I was really hoping for a better experience. I gave them so many chances to make it right, and they basically spit in my face. The experience has left a bad taste in my mouth for Jackson Acura.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!

I recently purchased a lightly used MDX from Jackson Acura. The entire experience from beginning to end was the worst I've ever had at any dealership. They were lucky - the only reason I purchased a vehicle from them was because they just happened to have the car I was looking for in the colors I wanted and at a slightly used price that no one else had. The first time I stopped in, no one greeted us and we just looked around. I wanted to test drive and the salesman (I won't name) just sat in the back the entire ride. He only offered information if we asked. Otherwise, he was on his cell phone and actually took a personal call! After we finished, he let us look at it and said, "OK thanks". He could take it or leave it. We agreed not to buy from them. However, when they received the used car I had been wanting, I decided to give them one more chance. We came in, this time the same salesperson a little more friendly but still the same attitude. When I came in a few days later, check in hand to pay CASH, the guy my salesperson referred me to wasn't there. We walked into another guy's office and he just sat there and said, "Yeah?" I said I was there to pay for the vehicle. He said, "OK...? And....?" I made a face and said the man I was looking for wasn't in yet. He said, "I guess I'll do it then." Now I should have just turned and walked out. Seriously?!? We finally finished, they didn't ask me anything or say thank you, and handed me the keys. I will NOT get serviced there in the future!!

The Best Car buying experience

Reggie and Sales Manager Mike provided the best car buying expereience we have ever had. While pricing is very important, and they were very competitive , their professionalism was outstanding. The facility is immaculate and customer service exceeded our expectations. Our new MDX is amazing and we will be Jackson Acura customers again in the future.

Bummer Beemer Sale

I bought a 2001 325i BMW from Jackson Acura. The very next day the heater fan stopped working. By Saturday the crankcase valve blew out for $1,000. After this I went back and forth with Eric trying to get this car in shape so it could pass the Georgia State Emissions test and get registered. All the way along Eric kept giving me his shiny excuses and promised that he d do the right thing . I found out later that it s illegal for Jackson to have sold me this car without that inspection.

Highly Recommend this dealer for your next Acura Purchase in Atlanta

I walked out on another dealership on Thursday because they didn't honor their price commitment. The next day, I went to Jackson Acura at 9 am and was greeted by the Receptionist, Sales staff and the Sales Director. I had the opportunity to work with Patrick and Dimitri (sp ?) and I have to say that this is by the far the best car experience I have ever had. Both were very professional and were patient enough to spend 6 hours with me trying to make the deal happen. Buying a car in a car dealership is a 'hit or miss' experience' and I think its true for any car and dealer. But in the end, if some dealer is going out of the way to make sure you are taken care of (with a friendly approach) and help you buy the car you want at the right price needs to be highlighted and recommended. Needless to say, I bought my 2012 MDX from Jackson Acura. Mr Jackson, you should be proud of both Patrick and Dmitri (sp?).

Pleased But Not Surprised

I have now had my previously owned 07 TL for about five months. I have been a Honda person since 1988 and have always looked forward to owning an Acura TL. Ever since Shaleem Farhat was assigned to me and my vehicle I have been nothing but please and gratified that I steeped into Jackson Acura. He is a quiet but friendly fellow who crosses all the T" and dots all the I's to make sure I understand what is to be done and what has been done. He went out of his way to help me find out why my phone stopped working. He was quick to offer me a loaner when the air conditioning hoses broke and had to be fixed. He always makes me feel as if I am the only person in the place he has to concern himself with, even when he is with another customer. He makes waiting for his service seem like a privilege. When he is occupied he is quick to get someone else on my issues. I love the fact that coming to Jackson is itself a destination. Even getting up early is not a problem. Hot drinks and a bagel or a nutrition bar are available, along with newspapers while I wait. This is a dealership and service one dreams of. It is well worth the eight additional miles I must drive from downtown north instead of going to Union City. The new cars may be ugly to me, but Shaleem, Jackson Acura, and the service team are a beautiful thing. It would be nice if he and his twenty something colleagues would ask me if I mind them calling me by my first name. But that is a minor annoyance us 60 somethings must endure. I have not experienced anything like this service from any other dealership. But others has said the same to me so, I am pleased to experience it for myself, but not surprised.

Excellent Service

I just wanted to express my deep appreciation to your entire service staff, particularly Mr. Nick Covino and his associated service technicians, for the outstanding service I received Friday, May 6, 2011. I have received excellent service from Jackson Acura in the past; for instance, Mr. Covino made sure the technician who had previously worked on my car for its 180,000 mile service also was assigned to replace the timing belt. This instance, however, was particularly exceptional. Mr. Covino extemporaneously set aside some service time for me on a busy Friday afternoon in order that I could get a flat tire replaced and periodic oil change, allowing me to get back on the highway as soon as possible. The work was finished in little over an hour with a complimentary car wash and vacuum, which is always appreciated. When I looked in my car's trunk later that afternoon, I discovered to my surprise that the service technician(s) had not only bolted my mini spare tire back in place in my car's trunk, but they had thoughtfully replaced the lug wrench and associated other tools inside a pouch to keep them from rattling around. In addition, they were kind enough to glue a piece of foam rubber on the underside of the particle board trunk liner to prevent it from rattling against the metal jack. Both these acts of thoughtfulness were unexpected but very much appreciated! I always appreciate the commitment your dealership shows to its customers with its welcoming attitude by all of your staff, comfortable waiting lounge and private telephone work areas, its nice array of complimentary snacks and refreshments, and conscientious follow-up phone calls by Meredith. What impressed me the most about this service appointment, however, was the extra initiative and commitment to excellence that was demonstrated to the owner of a 16-year old car. Mr. Jackson, as you know, we live in a hurried, cynical age, and particularly in a large metropolitan area like Atlanta, personalized customer service has all too often become a thing of the past. Yet the commitment to quality and attention to detail demonstrated by Mr. Covino, Meredith, and the entire service team at Jackson Acura made me, the owner of a 1995 Integra LS, feel just as valued as if I were the owner of a 2011 RL! Jackson Acura is truly an exceptional experience!

Excellent Buying Experiency

I leased a new MDX from Jackson Acura last week. My buying experience was remarkable. Im not a fan of automobile transactions, but must comment on this encounter as it has been different from my previous experiences. The sales person Mr. Paul Silverman was an excellent listener. He was able to listen clearly to what I was looking for, provided me with several options and most of all did not waste my time. As a busy physician, he recognized my need to get in and get out quickly, with exactly what I was looking for. From my initial internet encounter to the final signing of the lease documents with Patrick in the business office, my experience was delightful. I am enjoying my car and have had excellent follow up from Jackson Acura since my purchase. I would definitely recommend this dealership to my friends and family.

Stay Away

My experience at Jackson Acura started off great, but eventually became a nightmare. I went in to check out the TSX on the last day of a nationally advertised lease promotion. The salesman was friendly, knowledgeable and patient. It was a great deal so I decided I wanted to go ahead with the lease. The color combination I wanted was not in stock so they had to have it transferred from another dealer which I was told would take a day or two. I left a $500 deposit with a promise to honor the agreed upon price and deliver within two days. The trade-in value they offered on my current vehicle was lower than Carmax, so I was planning to sell it there instead. He almost had me convinced to sell it to Carmax that night and take a loaner until my new car arrived but I decided to wait. The next day, I received a call in the morning saying that he did not get the credit application submitted yesterday and needed more information. The promotion had expired but he assured me he would take care of it. Sure enough, a few hours later, the sales manager calls me to say they can no longer get the car I signed up for as the promotion has expired and inventory was limited due to the Japan disaster. He suggested considering a different model or buying used. I angrily requested my deposit back. Apparently a deposit doesn’t guarantee anything at Jackson Acura. Had I chosen to withdraw on my own, they would have surely denied a refund. I will never go back to this dealer and warn others to stay away as they are shady and untrustworthy. Worst of all, there were several other lease promotions with other brands that I was considering had I not chosen Acura, but had expired on the same day.

Excellent Service and Dealership I would recommend

Great experience. What I worked out on line was honored when I got in with no hidden agenda. I traveled to other dealerships and this was by far the best. The sales person was great and made the sale and took care of getting me a fair price and what I wanted. No double talking and truly made this a good experience I would recommend them to anyone. I went to 2 other dealerships and they lost my business within 5 min. one wanted to make sure I knew they didn't work on commission and the other was too busy to answer questions and get me information even after I told them I WANT TO DRIVE HOME IN A NEW CAR. Jackson Acura and Paul my sale person was great and I would buy from them and him again.

Best Acura Dealership in Atlanta metro area

This was the best new car purchase I have ever experienced. Jim Duncan took his time to answer all of my questions and review the features of the vehicle to my satisfaction. This was the easiest car purchase I have ever been through. Not once was I pressured, hassled, or aggravated. Jim, and this dealership, really went above and beyond on every aspect during my purchase. I would highly recommend you work with Jim if you are about to purchase a new Acura. The sales process took just over three (3) hours to complete. It will probably be shorter for most, but I many questions and took my time. Was never rushed, not once. The Finance Department really explained all the options thoroughly to my satisfaction and only recommended offerings that would actually benefit me. If I declined an offer,they did push back. Didn't get exactly what I wanted for my trade-in, but in the end it was all worked out and I was happy with the pricing of everything as a whole.

I requested quotes from several Acura Dealerships through Edmunds for a 2010 TL and received the lowest quote from Paul at Jackson Acura. I had another dealer lower his quote so that he was less than Jackson Acura and they matched the quote. It was a great experience working with Paul! He was very considerate and takes good care of you. I would definitely recommend them and use them again in the future.
