"A pleasant buying experience"

They met us at the door, we told the sales lady we were just looking because we liked our present auto, and we had never looked at a KIA. The saleslady listened to what we would like in a new car, similar in size and package of our car and ask if we would give her a chance to find a car that we would like that met our specifications. She soon contacted us with pictures of new inventory, with couple of cars meeting the options we liked. We went back and the manager met us, since she was off that day. He had impressed us during the first visit with his knowledge of KIA's product line. He explained their warranty and service policies. Both of the new cars met major wants on our wish list but neither had everything. He talked us through what extra options come standard on certain packages and what was omitted on other trim designs and ask that we consider what we needed over what we may want. We bought the KIA that had all we need, with the option to add the on missing item. (A towing package). The sales lady, Charity, continues to stay in touch and the manager is always accessible for any warranty and service questions. It was a pleasant buying experience!
