Rude Service guy
by Anonymous on 03/14/2025The service agent Bob Scott was rude and doesn’t listen. I returned to pay for service and pick up my SUV, he became upset after I informed him several of the services were covered under my CPO warranty. He insisted I meet the gentleman out… front to get my vehicle after paying. I repeatedly told him my SUV was on the side yet he didn’t listen. I had to wait 25 minutes for the employee to search their overflow lot with my keys in hand before he realized Bob sent him To the wrong place. I went back twice to speak to Bob while I waited and he was unhelpful.Body Repair

The job was done in a timely manner, and we were… told of any problems and time extensions that may have been a problem. Both worked very professionally and expeditiously in getting our car repair completed. Thank you both.Southtown Chevrolet has the best Service.

I had a health issue while I was there. Tom and everyone was so helpful. Excellent Service Advisor

William will advise you of an issue and give you your options and the advantage and disadvantage of them. I have dealt… with William since buying my first vehicle from Southtown. He has always giving enough information and gives time to decide on which options to take.Quick and Efficient!

Thank goodness the recall did not affect my car; for the last two years the only place that service my Trax is… Southtowne.
