First Time Audi
by Gamechanger on 10/11/2022I began my search for a new automobile in the middle of 2021, and I was undecided between the Audi Q7 and Jaguar F-Pace. From the minute I arrived into the Gerald Jones Audi store and was met by Consuella, and I informed her of my… indecision between the two vehicles, she responded, "You are absolutely a Q7 Lady, let me to show you," and we began to work together. She worked carefully to locate the Q7 Prestige Mythos Black on Black or Mythos Black on Okapi Brown that I desired. Consuella would phone me frequently to let me know what was available, but my preference was for the Prestige, not the Premium Plus or Premium; yet, she persisted in her search. Finally, on that day in October, the phone rang. She exclaimed with joy, "Your automobile arrived last night!" I was surprised and unprepared for her to utter those words that day. I would be delighted to collaborate with Consuella again. Consuella was absent on the day I picked up my vehicle (she desperately wanted to be there for my BIG DAY), but she left nothing undone. Her coworkers George, Bill, etc., greeted me with the same enthusiasm as she did. She left me in excellent care. Thank you once more, Consuella and family of Gerald Jones I am definitely loving my ride.7 vehicles purchased from the same dealer? Yep!
