Class C Sprinter

The WORST car buying experience! Buyer beware.
by ACPhillips on 09/08/2023During selling process, I felt very rushed. The sales person talked over me, rushed me through my trade, made me wait endlessly to get to finance. The certified pre owned vehicle had acid rain and ants (yes ants!) in the vehicle the day I… test drove. I told sales person (Rita) that was a dealbreaker on purchase if not resolved. She assured me it would be. On day of pickup Mr. Booker (GM) took me into showroom to give me the keys. Acid rain STILL on car, and ants still in backseat! I was livid! Said they will fix. Its now 4 since purchase and no follow-up phone call. Do not go to this dealership!Hi, thank you for taking the time to leave us feedback.
