Great experience

My sales person was Orren Crowther, and he was very patient in working with me, reviewing the vehicle features, making sure my needs were… met and answering my questions. My finance point of contact was Jay Williams and he did a great job making me feel comfortable about my options and choices. I'd happily return again.Best Car Buying Experience Ever

In no way was I pressured, the salesperson was above and beyond professional, juggling several… items at once (training another associate,etc.). I was very impressed with him and sales manager overall. I wish more people in the community knew about the great people over there. Seems like a great work environment and the atmosphere was so great. Mr. Philan is the best!Honest and Direct Service with No Games

He explained the safety features in great detail and other important specifications of the vehicle. One thing… I dread about car dealerships is dealing with a representative who is fast talking, loud, and wears you down with crap-talk.. Orren got high marks from me just from his mannerism alone. He answered all my questions. I feel like I got what everyone should expect from a quality dealership with good people working for them. And I got a great car that I'm happy with on top of everything.Went to the dealership to sell my Sonata, i ended up buying a Santa Fe.

We dealt with Orren Crowther (our salesman), Mike (the sales manager), the finance person (sorry I didn't get his… name), and Mr. Pettigrew. All of them were friendly and so very helpful. We feel that we got a very fair deal for a wonderful new 2014 Santa Fe. We highly recommend this dealership. If you're looking for a Hyundai, definitely go here first because you won't need to go anywhere else!Amazing service
by adt13 on 10/06/2014My wife and I just leased two vehicles at Nalley Hyundai, the service was beyond reproach and the cars (Santa Fe and Elantra) are nothing short of amazing. Every single one of my many questions was answered in extensive detail and very… patiently. Not knowing much about cars my wife and I were really grateful for all the help and patience of the manager Mr. Fawaz and his team. We had visited two other dealerships prior to that but they didn't even come close to Nalley Hyundai both in terms of product and service. They made the process really enjoyable and fun and I would recommend visiting them prior to visiting any other dealership. They will probably get you the best deal in town and save you a lot of time. Regarding the two cars we leased, they are probably the best value I have ever gotten close to in my entire life! After test-driving the cars, it became clear to me that they were irresistible values. They are also very comfortable to drive in the city and on highways and the safety features are amazing. The warranty offered by Hyundai is also great. It's always good to know that the manufacturer stands behind his cars and is confident enough to offer this kind of warranty. Overall, I wouldn't think twice in recommending both this dealership and Hyundai in general to all my friends and family.I am glad that you were comfortable with my team and that we were able to help your family find vehicles you love at a value you appreciate. by lss_1 on 09/02/2014I bought a 2014 Hyundai Santa Fe Sport 2.0T this past Saturday, 8/30/14 from Nalley. I can only say it was a pleasure! Jamila and Shere were the best and answered all my questions. They knew I had my grand-daughter with me and at 16 mths… old she was in no mood to be there all day. I was in no mood to be there all day. But then it didn't take all day because Jamila and Shere took very good care of me and pushed everything through. It only took 2 1/2 hours and I was out the door in my beautiful new car. Everyone was so nice and I LOVED working with Jamila. We has a lot of fun. Now if I could only figure all the modern tech things out, I would be great! Gotta love all the fancy, high tech things and the Hyundai doesn't disappoint. LOVE THE BLUELINK. Everyone is totally jealous that I can crank my car with my phone. I just had a good time at the dealership, made some friends and love my new car.
