I recently had the pleasure of working with Deshawn while purchasing my new car, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the experience. From the moment I arrived, Deshawn was incredibly patient and attentive, taking the time to understand… exactly what I was looking for. He answered all of my questions thoroughly, without ever making me feel rushed. His professionalism and genuine care for helping me find the perfect car made the process smooth and stress-free. I truly appreciate how great he was to work with, and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy a car.

by davdell on 10/14/2022After a bad experience last year (and a call from the service manager to make it right) I decided to give this service department another try. Big mistake. I scheduled a "Mobile Service" appointment for a recall issue with my Ford Escape.… The appointment was for 9:00am at my home. They did not show at the appointment time. So after 3 hours and 3 phone calls, I was informed that I had "cancelled the appointment" which was completely false. The scheduling person I spoke with took no responsibility for the situation and instead was rude, condescending, and accusatory in her tone. I might have been willing to accept that there was a misunderstanding, but I am certainly not willing to be treated poorly. Take your business to Pugmire. It's a little further out, but they seem to value their customers.
