When I submitted an inquiry online about doing a test drive, I got a call from Stephen D. within 15 minutes and was able to… schedule a test drive at lunchtime that day. Stephen was very helpful in answering my questions about the car without pressuring me about the sale. After doing a little more research online, I decided to come back to the dealership that evening to purchase the car. I worked with JP that night to negotiate the price of my trade-in and finalize the deal on the car and Courtney in their finance department. Both were easy to work with and made the buying experience a pleasure. As a woman I often feel like I feel like I have a target on my back when I walk into a car dealership and that I'm going to have salesmen trying to take advantage of my lack of knowledge about cars. I felt very confident that I wasn't being taken advantage of at this dealership and that I was getting a good (and fair) deal. I would highly recommend Hayes Chrysler Dodge to anyone looking for a new or used car.Truly an amazing experience every time

Car shopping is not something I look forward to. It's time consuming and it can be frustrating - as… many, I'm sure, have experienced for themselves. I worked with KJ M., Nubian H., and Joe in the finance office and they made the process very simple and enjoyable and it seemed there was nothing they wouldn't try to do for me (except maybe give me the car for free...ha!) But these guys are great! I would definitely recommend this dealership over all others.Great experience!

We had spoken with our salesman prior to our visit and he was aware of what we were planning. We arived early on a Sat morn to make… sure not to take up much of his time, get the deal taken care of and get out of his way as we under stand he would have to get on the lot and sale more cars. The salesman had to go and talk to the sales mgr (family to the owner). My salesman came back a told me they could not order this model anymore. The sales mgr did nothing to continue the sales process and stated (He did not have time to help) there was no other cusomers in the dealership at that time. Funny thing is! Per Dodge, you can order this model today (8-8-13). Very depressing that anyone would be treated like this. Did by a car. from another dealership. not the best time I had, but 100% better then dealing with Hayes Chrylser.
