by Keg_6979 on 07/03/2016The service department at Nesmith Chevrolet Jesup is great. I came in to have my truck serviced and was promptly greeted by the service advisors. I was explained what work was to be done and given a time frame to expect to wait. during my… service the technician found that my wipers and air filter were in need of service along with the cabin filter witch looked like it had never been looked at before by my previous servicing providers. They afforded me the option to replace the filters and wipers at this time at a very fair price and also gave me a tire quote as my tires were getting worn too. All and all I am very pleased with my visit and was treated as a part of the family. Even with the extra work added on to my service I was still out the door and on the road quicker than the time promised. Good job guys!!Great job.

by peepsmp on 01/21/2009I have 14000 miles on my 2008 Chevy Malibu and I have had nothing but brake troubles, I bought my vehicle from this location and really am unsatisfied. I have had my vehicle in to get the brakes serviced over 6 times in less than a year,… and the problem keeps coming back and they tell me there is nothing wrong, however my brakes continue to squeak and squeel. It takes them all day to do one thing and then they didn't get it right.
