    Randy and Dudley were great to work through the sales and financing process with. The respect, professionalism, and courtesy extended were all greatly appreciated by my husband and I. The whole team at Billy Howell is just awesome.
  • Get Independent Inspection of Cars Prior to Purchase

    We were all set to buy a used car from Billy Howell Ford. We wanted to get the car inspected by our mechanic. They told us we could do so but it had to be done that day. It was Saturday at noon, and that was impossible, so we hired a mobile inspector that came to the dealership. The inspector was able to tell from looking at the car, and from doing industry research, that the car had been in a major accident and that no amount of repair would make it safe to drive. He stated that he would not put his family in this car. We obviously did not purchase the car from Billy Howell Ford and will never do so in the future.

    It was a pleasure dealing with Doug Bollinger. He carefully listened to our needs and offered appropriate solutions without overselling. He clearly presented difference price options and work with us to find a reasonable solution in line with our budget. The whole experience was exceptional. We still cannot believe we got in the dealership with our old lease and left with the new car that we wanted on the same visit. All very efficient and smooth!

    Robert was very professional, he was upfront and honest about my options, and despite less than perfect credit, he treated me with respect and courtesy, and helped to find a lender that met my needs. I also had some challenges in obtaining my title due to the fact that the loan was sold during my bankruptcy. Robert and the finance team allowed me to complete the purchase, and were patient as I worked the title issue with state of Georgia.

    The customer service that Doug provided and the efficiency in which everything happened was great. I was not expecting to drive off in my car and when I arrived all I had to do was sign my paperwork. I was in the dealership for maybe an hour and then my family and I went out to dinner.

    My sales person, Willie was really great to work with. I dreaded walking onto the lot because of the typical experience I have had at other lots in the past. Willie greeted me when I walked in the dealership, he was friendly & was never once pushy or over bearing. He had the personality that he was there to help me & not just sell me something. It was the best experience I have ever had at a dealership & plan on purchasing more from your dealership in the future.

    The non aggressive atmosphere is a breath of fresh air. Obviously this organization has focused on corporate values not just getting the next sell. The test of a true sales operations is the degree to which they determine and meet the needs identified through conversation with the customer. You did just that. It was clear we were not someone to "sell" but someone to help! This is where you want to go if you want a partner in satisfying your transportation needs. Go somewhere else if you just want to be sold what needs to leave the inventory first. Trust Me even if you don't buy you are going to enjoy the atmosphere and the people! Worth stopping in to see that this type of business is still alive an well today!

    My step-father highly recommended Doug Bollinger in 2010 and I was not disappointed then. Unfortunately that awesome Mariner was rear-ended and totaled. This is the 2nd time Doug has hooked me up with a vehicle and I'm just as pleased. He even had my rental car cleaned out. Then chauffeured me back from Enterprise while my car was going thru it's final prep stage. The notion that buying a vehicle is an unpleasant experience IS TURNED UPSIDE DOWN at Billy Howell. My two encounters with Doug have been more than pleasant, and have resulted in getting now two really great cars.

    The salesman was right on the ball and they worked with me to get a good vehicle that was in my price range for payments and made sure everything was taken care of. They were all just awesome to me and left with a car that was freshly cleaned and filled with gas. Richard also asked me to come back in during the week so he could show me how everything worked in the car as you were a bit short staffed that day. Great place to buy a car
