by jtorow9 on 01/24/2017They lied to me about the initial price tried to charge 1000 more than the price in their website. After negotiations the told me they accepted my offer including what I said I agreed to as a down payment. Was told multiple times to come in… the deal was approved. Came in and neither person I was dealing with was their (was told the sales manager had been there since 730am long before it opens). The sales manager came back and suddenly the door payment is 3000 more than I had quoted, but hey if that didn't work their was another car I had no interest in at all which they could get me in for only 800 more than I had originally discussed. So Chad I do not care if you were there since 730 because you are not the only one that works ling hours. The difference was that after working my long hours I fought traffic on a LIE and you all couldn't even bother to be there when I got there. I will happily tell everyone about the shady dishonest business practices at Lou Sobh Kia.....2016 Sedona

I knew the car I wanted and they gave me the terms, I didn't have to waste an entire… day haggling between sales managers and sales staff. She was awesome and I will defiantly be going back to her when I have to by a car for my next child. I was so happy that made go local-EASY!!!This was the most wonderful experience,HIGHLY RECOMMEND

I have interfaced with countless sales representatives from MANY dealerships. Without a doubt, Chad has been… the best sales person I have dealt with in many years. From my first call to him, he was professional and responded quickly regarding a jeep I was interested in. He was not pushy and was very informitive when discussing my needs. He took his time to explain EVERYTHING thoroughly. He hit the nail right on the head here. He took care of it all, his honesty as a salesman was astounding, I am so impressed by this dealership in it's entirety, it was truely a VIP experience. Everyone I came in contact with at this dealership had a happy, down to earth attitude, everyone I saw seemed delighted to be there. I had gone to 7 dealerships before going to Lou Sobh, and they absolutely blew me out of the water with the price and how I was treated throughout the entire process. Chad had the integrity I'd been looking for in a sales person for a very long time. Everything he did was honest, straight forward and he exceeded expectations, right through to the delivery of my shiney new Jeep as well as subsequent follow-up to ensure my complete satisfaction even after the purchase This was the BEST car buying experience I have ever had. I HIGHLY recommend them hands down. The 7 other dealerships I'd visited within the 3 months all turned out to have the same pushy, scam artist attitudes. This experience was awesome!!
