Can't help but question their integrity...
by Andrew B on 06/20/2025No concerns finding the right vehicle and negotiating a fair deal - my salesperson (Mark) was very responsive, and I was able to do everything but my trade appraisal without going to the dealership. However two issues surfaced later in the… process that left a bad taste in my mouth and cause me to consider them somewhat dishonest: 1) I purchased optional tinting on the front 2 windows to be applied by the dealer. Upon delivery of the vehicle, my wife and I both questioned whether the tinting was done; we were repeatedly assured that it was. When pressed the issue more firmly, it was finally admitted that the tinting wasn't done. Oversight - maybe. 2) Part of our deal was also a "we owe" for all-weather floor mats and cargo liner. They were to apply the GM reward points I earned from buying the vehicle to the price of the mats, and then they would pay the difference. When the mats came in, my wife went to pick them up, and I found that not only had they deducted reward points from the vehicle purchase, but they also deducted all of the points we had earned beforehand with a prior vehicle. The difference was $175 worth of points. I escalated to the sales manager, but still no action was taken, even after I offered to take the $175 in additional accessories. They were/are fully aware what the agreement was (I could have just as easily set up a separate rewards account for the new car) and chose to keep my $175 vs. honor that original agreement. Two issues like this aren't an anomaly - they are a trend, and enough of one that I would recommend shopping somewhere else.
5 days to replace a battery
by Jamaica02 on 09/15/2016Terrible experience! I normally go to John Megal in Dawsonville where I bought my last 2 cars (where I am treated with promptness, kindness and respect). However, my car seemed to have a very simple battery issue and is still under… warranty. Andean is very close to me and I decided to save time and mileage. I arrived Friday Morning at 9am and spoke to service advisor Zak; we discussed the issue and agreed it should be an easy battery replacement. They were busy and he asked if I was going to leave it or wait, I offered to leave it if I could have a shuttle home. (I was under the impression I would have my car back the same day.) I heard nothing on Friday and thought I would get a call on Saturday, no call. Monday afternoon- I decide to call and find out what is taking so long, I am transferred and left on hold twice before going back to the operator where I leave my name and number for a return call. Tuesday afternoon- I still have not had a call back so I call again, same issue and leave my name a number again for a call back. Wednesday morning- I call and get transferred to Jim, Jim tells me Zak is helping another customer and will call me right back. Two hours later I call again and request to speak to the service manager Mac, I am sent to voice mail where I leave a message describing the situation and asked for a call back. Wednesday afternoon- (I still have not had any one return my calls to tell me why it has been 5 days to replace a battery) I go to the dealer in person to find a completely unorganized establishment. Jim was the only one at the counter and had to go hunt down my paper work, key and car. I told him I could not take it then, I would need to go home and have someone bring me back so I could drive my car home. He told me the car was repaired and apologized for the lack of communication and went on to say he would handle from here on and for me to come see him and I would be taken care of. I go home and return with in 30 minutes. I go see Jim, he then ask me if I was there to pick up my car... "Well, I didn't come to say hi." they had to AGAIN hunt down the key and the paperwork for me to take my car. While I waited, another customer was on the phone asking about his truck and was put on hold for the advisor to discuses and "locate the truck" I guess that guy is having the same luck with this dealer as I did. This was the first and last time I will ever take my vehicles to this dealership.Best Dealership ever

After being told by John Megal Chevrolet (where i bought the truck, might i add) that it was a characteristic of the truck! 3 times. I was ready to lemon law this thing.… It felt like i was driving on a dirt road all the time. I brought it to Andean and from the moment i stepped in the door i could tell these guys wanted to solve this problem with the truck. Very proffesional staff. I had my truck back within a day and have not had a problem since. I will be bringing all 3 of my trucks in for regular service. Thanks guys i was on my last nerve with Megal. I hope this won't interfere with my service records. Oil life should've… been 3% remaining and was inputted as 31% remaining.Andean Motors

They were very educated on the truck I was interested in and the sales agent was very professional. The… entire staff went out of their way to make me and my wife comfortable in what many believe to be one of the most stressful experiences one could have. This makes the online experience more efficient. We know in advance what the dealer… will sell the vehicle for and we just have to complete a test drive and the paperwork. We were pre-approved for a loan with our credit union so it was smooth sailing.Thank you so much for taking the time to write this review.
