Purchased the wife a new vehicle yesterday. Dawson was our sales rep. He was by far the most professional and entertaining salesman I have ever met. He wasn’t pushy at all and just assisted us with all the answers to our questions. He was very entertaining. The whole team was awesome. The salesman, the finance manager, everyone. I really enjoyed the experience. They stayed late to get everything done. Fantastic experience.

    Service was fast, and the dealers were very kind and friendly. Took time to explain exactly what was going on with my car and didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need.

    Our salesman Daniel Hess was the best salesman I have ever had. He worked so hard and actually cared about what we wanted and needed. He was very knowledgeable on feature and knew all the info on the cars.Everyone was extremely nice and courteous. I recommend them to anyone.

    Katy Bryant did an excellent job of showing me a car I had decided on looking at during our e-mail communications. She did not push, but explained. She's a very sweet, personable young woman who was very helpful to the point of going to someone to find out an answer to one of my questions. Since my trade-in was a 2004, there were many features which she helped me understand.

    Poor customer service, was quoted the wrong price for a part. Had to come back multiple times to get my vehicle repaired for the same issue. As crazy as this sounds with it being a Honda authorized dealer, I don't trust them to fix my car. Avoid this place if possible, my wife has a chevy and it is night and day when we take her vehicle to legacy.

    I had the best car buying experience of all the cars I have bought over the years. I started out on the Autonation used car dealership on veterans. Sabrina was the person assigned to me and was great. She tirelessly searched for me a pre owned CR-V, then the sales mgr, Chris also helped tremendously. As it turned out, to get what I wanted was best in a new Honda..I did not want a car payment ( limited income, senior). Chris asked me to consider going to the new Autonation Honda at Northlake off Veterns. As I did not need 2 cars, I was hesitant concerning the offer for my vehicle . Jeff was waiting for me and introduced me to Mike Chittum.. I looked at the CR-V's but nothing I wanted.. Wrong color, wrong interior color, no Sirrus and the list went on. Then just when I had decided to wait, I saw it, a white CR-V Touring, the right interior color, and I " casually " ask what for my trade in and give me the " out the door" numbers. What can I say, I was quoted a very fair price for my SUV and the numbers were believable( this for all that in the CR-V?). So , I took a while( they thought I was going to say no) and just as casually , said " l' ll take it, let's get this done". There were no hidden cost, numbers were all consistent , then off to see Norm, the financial person. Again , no hidden cost, everything as quoted and written and I was the owner of a newCR-V Touring. It was all I could do , not to do the " I got it, I got it dance" in the dealership. . I did do it when I got home!! I realize this was long, but as this is the last car I plan on buying as a senior citizen and my last ever review, why not. I am enjoying this Honda more than any car I have bought over the many years. Thank you Mike, Jeff and Norm.

    Excellent experience as usual. Terry, our salesman, had been working with us for several months on another Honda but it was not going to be available. We decided to go instead to the CRV. Great choice. Its our 4th CRV.

    We have been looking for a new vehicle for about 6 months and visited several dealerships in our area. We settled on a 2016 Honda Touring and boy is it loaded. The sales team were very helpful and we believed we were treated fairly. We traded in 2 vehicles on this one with the idea of going back later this year to get a new 2017 Honda CR-V with hopes that we have the same sales experience.

    We were recently involved in a car accident that left our 2011 Honda Odessy totaled. After much research, consideration and a first-hand testimony to the 5-star safety rating we just knew the Odessy was the only vehicle for our family of seven. We searched online and in person multiple dealers and private sales within a 500 mile radius. We were most certain we wanted used, a good value for our buck, and a quality vehicle that we might even be able to get a good warranty on. We found an odyssey that looked like it was a perfect match. Despite the fact that it was about 300 miles south of us we packed up early in the day and headed out on our 5 hour journey, that soon turned into a seven hour journey with our 8 month old. We had communicated via phone with Sonny in sales multiple times. We got there around 7pm and we took it for a drive. There were some minor issues with the shape of the vehicle but they were were completely transparent and up front about every detail and ensured us that everything could be repaired with no extra cost to us. They were even going to allow us to drive it home that night and let us get it repaired in our hometown. When we returned from the test drive to find that the dealer was closing Sonny was more than helpful with attempting to seal the deal. He went out his way to contact management and get everything taken care of so we didn't have to return the next day. Jeff Garcia with management came in to assist with the sale. Jeff and Sonny made an excellent team who offered us, undeniably, the best customer service my husband and I have ever experienced with car sales. They took time to explain the process, work through the numbers and even do comparisons for us. They were honest and transparent. We were very excited about Hondas current incentives on thier 2016 models and so we ultimately decided to go with a brand new Odessy ExL. We ended up leaving late around 11pm but not once did it ever appear that Jeff or Sonny were upset about being there for hours on end even after closing. After experiencing an unexpected total loss of our previous car and spending almost 2 weeks stressing out about finding a new car, we were exhausted and so ready for it to be done. Sonny and Jeff helped us find the perfect car for our family. They went out of their way for us and our family. Not once did we feel pressured. We felt as though we were like personal friends or family, like they were sincerely there to meet our needs. Although we plan on keeping our new Odessy "forever", if we ever need another car again or need to recommend anyone to a dealer, we will most certainly recommend autonation Honda in Columbus, Georgia for their outstanding customer service, keeping their word, excellent prices, and just overall an outstanding experience. With car buying already being so incredibly stressful it's good to sincerely feel that you have a team of people on your side who have the expertise, ability to get the job done and the resources to do it and these guys have undeniably got it!!

    Sonny was my salesman and he was fantastic from start to finish. He sent me paperwork with actual numbers to work with through email before I even went to see and test drive my cr-v in person. He got me everything I askes for and a little bit more. I believe my financial guy was Roy and he is very sweet and honest as well. He didn't rush me while I was reading every paper because this was my 1st time buying a car by myself. He was patient with my kids as well. They even went with me to the Kia place to return the vehicle that Kia sent me home with the previous night. I loved my entire experience and they didn't keep me there for hours trying to make a deal and sign papers. The process was a lot less stressful with AutoNation Honda. Thank you guys very much....all of you that played a part even if I didn't name you.

    We recently purchased from AutoNation Honda in Columbus for the first time and had a really good experience. We weren't pressured to buy, were given a very fair price (we bought a used vehicle) and would definitely return there again and also recommend them to others. Our salesman was Fate Martin and he was very professional and accommodating through the whole process. Thumbs up1

    My experience with this dealership was excellent. As a first time buyer, I expected to go through hell and back just to get a new car. On the opposite it was really simple, there was a sale's man named Martin Fate, that showed me the vehicles in liked and walked me through the whole prosses. really patient and honest and overall really professional. I would recommend anyone to buy from this honda dealer and sale's man Martin Fate.

He was friendly, courteous and made purchasing my car a pleasant event. I was already a Honda girl but I am definitely a Honda girl for life after this purchase!
