  • Concerns Regarding My Experience at Curry Honda

    1 out of 5 starsby J Camp on 10/31/2024

I am reaching out to share my dissatisfaction with my recent experience at Curry Honda. In March and July 2024, I received two safety recall notices in the mail. When I called to schedule appointments, I was told that the required parts were unavailable and advised to call back in Fall 2024. On October 25, I followed up to check on the parts and was able to book an appointment for 8:00 AM on October 31. However, when I arrived, the customer service representative informed me that one of the parts was still out of stock and recommended I call back in 6 to 12 months. For the other recall, he suggested that if I wasn't experiencing any issues, an inspection or replacement wasn't necessary. This experience has been quite disappointing, especially given the critical nature of safety recalls. Consequently, I decided to schedule an appointment with another dealership. Thank you for your attention to this issue.
  • Stay away!

Not only are they marking up cars, they are unbelievably rude. I was emailing with Reed and after learning of the markup I told him others weren't doing this and he never responded. I then get a generic followup that I responded to asking why I hadn't gotten a response and Reed was incredibly rude in responding. I've had family members who have had bad experiences here before, but I was honestly floored a salesman would respond that unprofessionally. For your own sake avoid these people at all costs!

  • Bad deal

    1 out of 5 starsby ds12 on 07/31/2023

I bought a used SUV from this dealership and didn't get the extended warranty w/the purchase. I did buy an extended warranty from another company after getting home a day later. After purchasing it, driving a few days and getting it home I started to notice a skip/jump in the vehicle. I called my sales person and left several msgs for him but didn't receive a call back. I then scheduled a service appt. but when I got there they said they couldn't service it because it wasn't a Honda vehicle and for me to contact my sales person. The guy I spoke w/at the service area was very understanding, nice and said I needed to talk to my service guy since I just purchased the vehicle and it should be doing what I said it was doing. I then walked down to the sales area to speak w/my sale guy and he tried to act all surprised that something was wrong w/the vehicle. In my opinion, I think they already knew it was a problem w/the vehicle and just didn't want to have it fixed themselves and hoping the next buyer didn't notice anything. Well, I didn't and the cost of getting it fixed fell upon me sadly to say in the amt of $2800.00. The extended warranty I purchased said it wouldn't pay because it was a pre-existing problem w/the vehicle upon doing an inspection. I will NOT be buying another vehicle from Curry Honda or telling anyone they should go there if this is the kind of used vehicles they are selling to people!!!! I've bought several used vehicles from other reputable dealerships and never had a problem. Curry Honda sucks....

  • They don’t treat EVERYONE Fairly

1 out of 5 starsby Vanesa on 02/16/2023

I came to my appt at 7:15AM to have my oil pan changed and have an oil change. I was told it would be done around 12:00 PM. (estimated time) at about 9:45 a woman sat near me and was napping. My advisor, came to that woman and advice her oil would be taking long and OFFERED HER A FREE UBER. Apparently they do this for services that take quite some time. I, a black woman, was not offered the same treatment. When I went to ask about this at the Uber desk with Julie, she rolled her eyes at me. I sat patiently for HOURS and no apology till I found a random manager to explain this to, yet she wasn’t even the Service Manager, or Sales Manager even. The treatment black people still receive is ridiculous. I missed work because of this and could have be at my job hours ago. One by one I see people that came after me, leaving before me; just leaves me to think my vehicle is not being worked on or is being worked on in between other vehicles they are bringing in. But if I were to get upset and loud as a black woman, I’d be looked at in a displeasing manner.
