  • Unprofessional and downright deceitful

1 out of 5 starsby ADillon on 04/21/2018

If I could give zero stars, I would. I cannot express how unprofessional and downright deceitful they are. I made an appointment to test drive a car, drove over an hour to get there, and had to wait 2 hours before the owner returned with the car. He was running errands with it. We ended up buying the car because my son loved it. We wrote a check for it, and they promised to send the second key when the check cleared. They sent a key about 2 months later, and it did not work. They stated in writing they would reimburse us to have the key reprogrammed. But when the time came, no payment. No one would ever return my phone calls. I called relentlessly, everyday, multiple times a day. We finally received partial payment, but they still owe us $150. Do not purchase from them if you expect any service after they get your money. Better yet, do not purchase from them at all.

  • Stay Away!

Where can I start? We were victimized since day one. Dirty vehicles on delivery; no gas (the sales guy actually gave us a $20 dollar bill to go fill up). They damaged our credit! First of all; my wife and I have been long time Chrysler customers. We bought our first minivan back in the early 90s. We have bought eight (8) vehicles including 4 in the last 3 years. Recently we walked into Scott Evans Chrysler Dodge Jeep at Carrolton, GA to get two new vehicles. We went there with sparkling credit. We just found out that Chrysler has turned us over to collections. Three months ago, after buying two new vehicles the same day (a Town and Country and a Ram 1500) we turned in two older leases through the "pull-ahead" program. Three (3) months later we are still fighting it out with Chrysler financial because Scott Evans Chrysler Dodge Jeep failed to properly close out the leases. The result is that our credit has been negatively marked. We also found out that Chrysler has changed their over-miles rules which used to say you were not liable for over mileage if you used the so called pull ahead program. We now have to pay for over mileage. For weeks, we go; call, send messages to get this resolve, and we get excuses, sometimes flat out lies. In the meantime, we get harassing calls from Chrysler financial on a regular basis. I will not only NEVER buy Chrysler product again; I would stay away from this dealership by all means. v/r Angel and Sheri Davila Roopville, GA.
