    I did not know what to expect when I got to the dealership and was apprehensive because of bad experiences in the past with other dealerships. I must say however that AutoNation exceeded my expectations. Miguel Acosta was our salesman and was so informative, attentative and patient from the moment we corresponded online until even after I had left with my purchase. He was so awesome!!! Even the finance guy was efficient and timely. My experience was just over the top. I went back a week later to get a service done on my vehicle and that was also a good experience with nice people. I will definitely go back there and will refer them to my friends and family!

  • Came out with low tire pressure

    Well I went in for inspection oil change and tire rotation Well I guess I’m crazy but I just assumed they would check tire pressure. Pressure sensor had been coming in in the mornings since it been cooler. Well it came out of service and the pressure light was on. My hubby checked them at home and was surprised how low the tires were. I guess they don’t check this at Toyota mall of Georgia

    HadHad our Highlander's 40,000 service last week and the service was exceptional. Samatha was our service rep and she was not only knowledgeable but also friendly with a good sense of humor (something often missing in service advisers). The car was ready that same day. I noticed that the AutoNation team was diverse and each one interested in both advising and helping their customers.

    Service advisor - Alan Kedrick - was great. 6 STARS! We arrived late Friday ( after 5pm) and he stayed to help us through the rental car process. Upon return of the vehicle, again he stayed after hours to assist. Alan has been a great advisor.

    Greater quickly, great front end experience, the tech who provided the service obviously did not care about my car. Broke the plastic engine covers getting to the air filter. Will not be returning

    I still gave five stars though my wait time for a regularly pre scheduled service was a little lengthy. My appointment was for 1230pm… I did not leave dealership until 3pm. Granted no time was promised to me as to when the work would be done. But for oil change, tire rotation, battery replaced that’s how long it took. But staffing and workload are upside down everywhere.

    I would recommend Auto Nation to my acquaintances and friends because of agent Map. Agent Map from what I observed treated each and every customer he served as if they were the only one in the room in other words he treated them and myself very special.
