Exceptional Experience with David Owens at Jim Hudson Cadillac Augusta!
Service BEYOND AND ABOVE!!!
by LCC on 08/26/2025This was our first time to come to Jim Hudson Buick Cadillac. Our 2018 Buick Enclave required a Buick dealer for required service. Our dealer is 2 hours away; at this time it was out of the question. Upon arrival we were politely welcomed… by James Dean who directed us to the customer waiting area and began the paperwork. During our wait, we were offered refreshments and kept updated on our car’s progress. Upon completion the staff went over the service and the bill. They brought our freshly vacuumed & washed car to the handicap ramp so that my husband could easily get in the car and we could drive the 50 miles home. The next morning I went out and a pool of Transmission fluid was under the car. I call Avery at Jim Hudson and sent him photos. He told me not to crank or move the car and a wrecker would come to pick it up. By 10:30 am Richard came returned the car Jim Hudson’s. Both David & James Dean called to update us on what they found during the day and stating that they would test drive the car before returning it home. They expressed their concern and apologized for any inconvenience we might have suffered. By 11:00 am the following day our car was home! We have never experienced such service from any dealership in 60 years of buying a car. We want you to know how much we appreciate the service and extra service we received. James Dean was with us off and on during the regular in house service as well as the following day service. He is the epitome of what a service provider should be.Thank you for sharing your positive experience with our team!
