Great Sales Experience

I asked for a little more and he got it done the first pass with his… management. The agreement signing took less than 10 minutes. After many test drives, and four visits to the dealership, I finally decided on my BMW 550i.… Throughout the process, Jonathan extremely helpful and supportive of me finding the right vehicle. The day I purchased the vehicle, I didn't arrive at the dealership until about 6:30 p.m. Jonathan stayed until about 9:30 with me showing me how all the various options worked on the car. After waiting for more than 10 minutes just to check-in my car, I was told I could "come back later in the day when it was busier" if I preferred. Then, when I called to get a… pickup (my office is 1.5 miles away), I was told it would be 45 minutes. I will NEVER take my car here again. I'll use United BMW in Roswell.We sincerely apologize that you did not receive the prompt and satisfactory car service we pride ourselves on. Awesome Experience at my BMW Dealership

It is a family oriented atmosphere with NO PRESSURE to purchase. Everyone left a great… first impression with us. We felt so good about it we sent our daughter over. What was also so truly amazing was that they gave her the opportunity to do business without her daddy's co-sign. She is now able to establish and maintain her VERY OWN LINE OF CREDIT. We saw their efforts and SALUTE their initiative to allow her to grow independently. I give Global Imports 5 stars !!!!2015 BWM M4

I called back to request one and was then given appointment time but was told it was first come first served. Fortunately, I… did not have to wait. However, I had to call to check up on my car, no one called me except to say it needed strut replacement. Had I not called I guess they would still have my car! When we went to pick it up, we waited to return the loaner, and wait 15 minutes for my car to be brought up.Great service at Global BMW

When I first made my appointment the person who did the scheduling told me that my service was only going to be 90minutes so no to loaner. When I arrived my technician told me it was going to… be 3-4 hours which I was not prepare to stay for. I needed to reschedule and come back next week in order to get a loaner. No reason to have to come twice.The Best

He is friendly, knowledgeable and follows through on any commitments he makes. Yesterday, I requested that the work be completed as… early as possible and received a call from Kyle informing me the car was ready. He called about two hours sooner than I expected...great experience!HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!

Three hours late. I was told my car would be returned the same day. I… had to take a taxy to work the next day.
