    Great sales experience at Global. I was in and out in 2 hours including a test drive. My salesman Paul Gadomski had the deal 90 percent done upon my arrival. I asked for a little more and he got it done the first pass with his management. The agreement signing took less than 10 minutes. The GM and Sales Manager both thanked me for my business and actually chatted for a few minutes

    Jonathan Langford took great care of me. It wasn't an easy sale as I didn't really know what I was going to buy when I started the process. After many test drives, and four visits to the dealership, I finally decided on my BMW 550i. Throughout the process, Jonathan extremely helpful and supportive of me finding the right vehicle. The day I purchased the vehicle, I didn't arrive at the dealership until about 6:30 p.m. Jonathan stayed until about 9:30 with me showing me how all the various options worked on the car. It was a great car buying experience!
  • Treated like dirt by the service department

    The most horrible treatment ever by a professional organization. After waiting for more than 10 minutes just to check-in my car, I was told I could "come back later in the day when it was busier" if I preferred. Then, when I called to get a pickup (my office is 1.5 miles away), I was told it would be 45 minutes. I will NEVER take my car here again. I'll use United BMW in Roswell.

    My 1st BMW experience (from the moment I entered the door, met by Mr. Hill my sales advisor, to concluding with "Mark" my Finance Mgr.) was incredible. It is a family oriented atmosphere with NO PRESSURE to purchase. Everyone left a great first impression with us. We felt so good about it we sent our daughter over. What was also so truly amazing was that they gave her the opportunity to do business without her daddy's co-sign. She is now able to establish and maintain her VERY OWN LINE OF CREDIT. We saw their efforts and SALUTE their initiative to allow her to grow independently. I give Global Imports 5 stars !!!!

    This 2016 X5 is the third BMW I have purchased from Global Import. I have dealt with the same sales person each time. He is highly professional and knowledgeable. The dealership is well managed, clean, and friendly. I have not had to use the Service Department often, but when I have, it has been an excellent experience. The new Genius program word well.

    I first called for a service appointment. I was told to just show up. I needed a loaner but was not offered one. I called back to request one and was then given appointment time but was told it was first come first served. Fortunately, I did not have to wait. However, I had to call to check up on my car, no one called me except to say it needed strut replacement. Had I not called I guess they would still have my car! When we went to pick it up, we waited to return the loaner, and wait 15 minutes for my car to be brought up.

    I have been having my BMW's serviced at Global BMW for 10 years. They always do a fantastic job. Keep their promises, provide me with a loaner vehicle, friendly service advisors. They are the best!

    My only comment has to do with the scheduling. When I first made my appointment the person who did the scheduling told me that my service was only going to be 90minutes so no to loaner. When I arrived my technician told me it was going to be 3-4 hours which I was not prepare to stay for. I needed to reschedule and come back next week in order to get a loaner. No reason to have to come twice.

    I visited Global Imports yesterday to get my front brakes replaced. Kyle McCall is my Service Advisor. He is friendly, knowledgeable and follows through on any commitments he makes. Yesterday, I requested that the work be completed as early as possible and received a call from Kyle informing me the car was ready. He called about two hours sooner than I expected...great experience!

    I had a flat tire. The BMW road side assistance person set up an appointment for y car to be picked up at 6:30 am the next morning. The driver showed up at 9:30 am. Three hours late. I was told my car would be returned the same day. I had to take a taxy to work the next day. I had to make my client wait while I went out to get and park my car while I was at work the next day. I will never use this service again.

    My experience with Global imports was excellent! From the initial email communication to the final sale and vehicle pick-up was absolutely painless. Nicholas kept in contact with me over a six month period after I made an initial inquiry about a vehicle and then beat every other off by other dealers that I had received. I highly recommend Global Imports.

    I recently purchased a 6 series from Global Imports BMW and had a great experience. Car was in advertised condition and the whole process took less than 3 hours. Excellent service by Clint in Sales and Rene in Financing. Would definitely recommend Global Imports!
