by Rob on 12/02/2022Below is the email I sent to Mercedes Benz of Buckhead. Their resolution is to give me a low ball trade value and to make even more money on the faulty vehicle they sold me last year. I've escalated this to the AG's Office, Secretary of… State, BBB and Mercedes Benz USA, FBI Protection Agency, State Senator's Office and Lt Governor's Office. "I hope this message finds you well. I purchased a 2019 CPO GLE 63 AMG Coupe from you last year. I recently have been trying to trade it in for a newer vehicle and every dealership has been low balling me. Come to find out, the Mercedes your team sold me has a 2021 Police Report (theft). This was never disclosed to me and now every dealership wants to give me 20-25K less than the vehicle is worth (attached is the report). Some won't even touch the vehicle. I am very upset and feel misled and stuck with this car now". Make sure you check both CarFax and AutoCheck, since Mercedes of Buckhead does not do their due diligence, you should.Very nice people and willing to work with you..

The car was even BETTER in person and the sales process was the most organized and… efficient of any I have done. Excellent job by his assistant Michael Kolias as well! The Internet department through Benjamin Wheeler and Ashley answered all our questions and gave… us a straight forward super competitive price. We drove 9 hours from Fort Lauderdale, FL to pickup our new C450 and could not be happier. The paper work process was flawless and fast thanks to Mr. Maldonado, and we had the pleasure of meeting the general sales manager, Dominic who made us feel very welcome. Our son will be needing a car in the next couple of months, and for the first time, we are actually looking forward to the car buying experience. If you are in the market for a Mercedes-Benz, anywhere, you owe it to yourself to at least give Benjamin a call. After posting this review I was contacted by Mercedes Benz of Buckhead Manager Dominic Ford. He not only insured me this is not the way they do business here at… this location but wanted to display that this location is all about customer service. He asked that I come back in to meet with him and others. This experience was NIGHT and DAY again. They were so pleasing. I was set up with a car specialist Moses to walk me through my car and go over the features of my car. He was so nice, thorough, and amusing. He made it fun to learn more about my car and I appreciated that more than ever. I also met with another Manager named Grene Baranco. She also insured me that this is not how they handle business and this location is customer service based and sincerely apologized for what I experienced. They walked me around the service area and showed me everything. I will take my car back there because they showed me a different side and that was an isolated experience that was NOT a reflection of Mercedes Benz of Buckhead and the things they showed me let me know that and I am so appreciative for that.Perfection

by NewMBinTN on 03/26/2016We recently purchased a CPO 2014 E350 4MATIC from Allen Morris at Mercedes Benz of Buckhead. What a great experience. Allen is a consummate professional and was extremely knowledgeable. I cold called and gave him our search parameters (CPO,… low mileage, black on black with 4MATIC) and he walked the inventory to see what was available and promptly called back. We were visiting Atlanta from Tennessee and had been in the market for some time. Allen called back with two matches and invited us to come by and see the cars. We did and ended up driving a beautiful 2014 model with the pano roof option. We didn't buy immediately, but came back the next day to see what the pano was like in full sun. Luckily for us, we came back on ice cream Thursday and the whole family enjoyed complimentary ice cream. We ended up purchasing that evening and picked up the new ride the next morning. The car was immaculate inside and out. It's been a week now, and we're loving the new car. I was pleasantly surprised to receive a call from Allen just last night checking in to see how the new car was working out. Great service after the sale. This is our first MB, and we couldn't be happier with the experience and the great service we received from Allen Morris and the rest of the team at MB of Buckhead.Customer care and satisfaction
