Shady Lying Dealer - Bait and Switch/Spot Delivery
by tcarwa on 05/08/2015These are the most shady [non-permissible content removed] i have ever come in contact with. I spent 5 hours in theri dealership taking time off of work to lease the car of my dreams. After long negotiating where they were "working" on my… price i got a deal i was satisfied with. It wasn't the best deal but it was alright. The whole time they kept saying we will work with you, we are going to get you in this car. At the end of my time there, i asked "so we are good? done deal?" and they said "Yes, you're all set." Low and behold i wasn't. The very next day they call me saying i need to go in and renegotiate the price and they couldn't give me the original offer price. I live in Florida so dealers get an awesome get out of jail free car to "bait and switch" and "spot delivery" if you don't know what those mean please google them because this is exactly what happened to at this place. Finance managers Rich and Frank promised me the world only to have my car taken away from the very next day. They tried to offer me a cheaper car once i told them i couldnt afford the "new" price. I will never be going back here and if you have to go to this dealer make sure they are transparent as possible and you READ EVERY SINGLE LINE OF EVERY SINGLE DOCUMENT. Shady dealers, lying finance managers, bait and switch, spot delivery. Worst wasted 8 hours of my life to this dealer. Good thing i didnt sell my car that day as i was planning on it then i would have been carless. THANKS Schumacher!
