I paid $22K for a 1-year-old Santa Cruz and as I drove home three sensor errors ocurred. I stopped at home and came out to find someone had tapped my bumper. Took car to this dealer for sensor repair. Left it for the day. They said Hyundai denied warranty coverage because the bumper damage caused the sensor errors. Meanwhile I had time-stamped photos of the sensor errors and bumper damage clearly showing one had nothing to do with the other. The bumper damage is tiny. Also, the dealer refused my request to check to Santa Cruz computer to determine when the sensor problem began. They offered to complete the repairs for $1,500. I declined. They then left me stranded at work - after me telling them multiple times where and when to pick me up. My phone died - so I had to WALK to the dealership in the dark at night. Finally, they have refused to respond to any of my emails, texts or phone calls the next day. Gabriel - in Service and Roman - in Customer Experience - were the two main employees I dealt with.

    Michael, manager of the service department, is a "WOW." He showed compassion and made no excuses about the misinformation given by phone from an employee. Michael "righted" a wrong and truly showed beyond a shadow of a doubt that a consumer was not just a number or "dollar signs." Please note I was on a tight budget and felt very betrayed and frustrated for having been given wrong phone information. Michael is a man of integrity and compassion. Upon leaving the dealership; I felt that I had found a friend...someone truly concerned about me and my unique circumstances..NOT just the "bottom line." Your corporate office could certainly benefit in leaving their office settings and spending time with Michael. Corporate needs to truly comprehend that Michael has gained a supporter (a true friend) for life because he truly put his heart and soul on the line to help me. He showed me kindness...a rarity in business..specifically the auto. Could this be said of You? Could you actually think of the hardship someone is having and not think only of profit?

    Brian provided great service. He was outgoing, very friendly and his knowledge of what had to be done was exactly on target. I think he is an excellent person to be working with the public and making them feel comfortable.

    The scheduler fit me in and I was checked in within minutes and the car was finished within my time need. Everyone did great to act professional and efficient.

    The process was efficient...I liked the personnel...they were 'human' !! I have twice had my car serviced here and it is the first time I have purchased a new one from here. The whole place seems highly efficient and geared for customer benefit rather than the benefit of the company. That means a lot to a customer about to spend a lot of hard-earned cash !!

    The Genesis service dept. took my 2013 Genesis immediately after my husband Neil arrived. Fred told him that he expected the work to take 2 hrs. Neil said he would wait.     the very welcome, warm reception at time of arrival, the representative Joseph Ward did show great understanding of what I was looking for, he took time to explain in details the car.

    Warm and professional service, Fred Uzarski is the best service advisor I've dealt with. I've had Jaguar, BMW, and Audi, and since you built the new showroom and facilities, Hyundai service almost rivals even the "Braman experience "...let's face it, if you like snooty and faux superiority, no one beats Braman. I actually prefer Hyundai's chill vibe, so there, you've been surveyed! Happy? Lol

    Was pleased with the total process since this was the first time using your facility. Had tried to use napleton' s facility on north lake but was turned off by the fact that they had no record of our appointment.

    Be prepared to lose two full days to the purchase of a car. Be prepared for deceitful sales practices. Be prepared to phoning 7 or 8 times to get an answer to a simple question because no one is EVER available.. Be prepared to receive a bribe for a great review.

    My service advisor went above and beyond to get my car back to being safe and back on the road!! I needed to drive across the state and plannrd on leaving that Sunday morning with a deadline. She did everything in her power to get me back on the road.

She was very knowledgeable and assisted me through the process of obtaining the wonderful vehicle that I purchased.
