by rc_fla_13 on 07/01/2017I would give this review 5-stars but for one issue. I found a car I was interested in on several websites including the dealer's. I asked a few questions about this car via live chat and set up an appointment for the next day to test drive… it. When I arrived, the salesman I was working with was informed that the car was now at the airport. No reason was given. We took a test drive in a very similarly appointed car ( the exterior color was different). When we returned, planning to then head out to the airport, we were informed the car had already been sold (perhaps several days ago). I felt like I had been baited but had no real evidence to believe the sales staff had purposely mislead me. They were very pleasant to work with. I did buy a very nice A4 that met my expectations. I'm not sure were the root error lies but the websites' and dealer's information were not in sync nor very timely. I did receive the promised all-weather floor mats by FedEx a week later. She knew about the special features of the car and was able to direct us to the model that best… fit our needs. She was courteous and patient. When we negotiated the price of the car, the dealership was fair and stuck to their word. They made the deal quickly. We purchased the car and drove away with it within an hour! Tony Power was the car salesman and he was knowledgeable and patient with my inability to decide on which car I wanted. The buying experience was in no… way high pressure. I love this dealership and give it the highest marks in sales and vehicle service experience. Anything I ever needed they could get it… for me. Any issues I ever had with my car was fully covered under warranty complete with a complimentary loaner car. Audi is the BEST no question about it. So far, I've purchased my Audi S5 and Audi A7 from them. I highly reccomend this dealership to anybody seeking the best in customer satisfaction and buyer experience. Akira MonmaDealer

I didn't accept the advice they offered. After visiting several /… alot of dealerships, my research revealed the Audi advice was correct, I purchased my new car from Audi of Melbourne.
