Hassle Free, Wonderful Experience
by Charlie on 03/07/2024Lets just say I walked in to take a look and walked out with 2 Brand New Vehicles. The service and professionalism that was exhibited to my wife and I were amazing. We initially were a little hesitant to go to a dealer in the beginning… because of the usual hassle that one is accustomed to receiving in a dealership, I can truly say this was life changing. It was such a wonderful and refreshing experience. Piero was amazing. Professional, courteous, hospitable, informative, knowledgeable, we just couldn't have picked a better salesperson. He went above and beyond to make sure that I will drive home with my new truck… and be satisfied with my purchase. I purchased the truck while at work, he kept me abreast of everything while it was happening. When I got off of work I headed over to the dealership where I was greeted with warm and friendly smiles by Piero Marruffo and the staff of Wesley Chapel Nissan. I can honestly say that this was one of the easiest and fastest car buying experiences I’ve ever had. Piero Marruffo was understanding and courteous during the entire process. Dante Wilchcombe has gone above and beyond to make sure that I was satisfied with my purchase. He also went above and beyond and traveled… 320 miles to deliver it and check in with me the next day to make sure all was well. He is and awesome sell men, need more like him.Quick and easy

What a great experience, I went in for an oil change and came home in a new Rogue Sport. I love all the new features, especially since my Rogue… was 7 yrs old. I feel like any questions I have or something I need, Charlie is The Man! I do have to say, everyone was very helpful and friendly, it didn't seem to me anyone was too full of themselves..:)Starting the New Year off right

by Piero Marruffo on 03/03/2023My husband and I first looked at a Nissan Murano in Orlando, two years ago. We were forced to buy something else but never forgot that SUV. We looked at six different dealerships and didn't have any inner peace. The instant I met Piero… Marruffo I knew I could trust him. He wasn't pushy, he knew the product, and when I told him I would have to bring my husband back the next day he did not give me a hard time. He earned my trust! I've worked as a Finance Controller in dealerships for over 20 years and to be honest this is the ONLY good experience I've had and it's due to Piero's honesty, calmness, efficiency and thoroughness. And Wesley Chapel was not the closest dealership to me - one hour away - but I will definitely return when it's time to buy again! Piero's professionalism was above and beyond. Honestly, every single person we met were friendly and helpful.100 not transparent

Then we decided on another truck which again “they got me approved”, but I had to come in right away kicker is the truck did not come in until feb 2nd. I found a truck at… maus which had all the options I wanted. Told David that I wanted to deal with Maus and all the sudden the truck with the options I really did want was in range and well “they got me approved again” I felt like they were blowing smoke up my butt so I canceled all the deals. Called Maus Nissan their Gm worked the deal could not get me approved and there was no way that he saw Nissan of Wesley Chapel got me done. Wesley Chapel Nissan does not seem 100% transparent for sure and just seems to make things up to get you in the door.Love my CT4

These two Gentlemen were Exceptional. They made my First experience in purchasing a Vehicle absolutely awesome.… I highly recommend them both and will always return to Nissan in my future. Dennis answered all my questions concerning the car I fell in love with. He was so knowledgeable about the Nissan Rogue I wanted and he was so very patient with me and my Sons. Answered all our questions and truly made me feel at ease. Evan was fantastic and went above and beyond the call of duty for me. I truly knew he was placed by GOD to be my Financial Manager. Their collaboration was A1 with me, even knowing that I am Canadian. They worked for 2 days with… the file and found the best scenery to assist us in the purchase of a Nissan car. I recommend the Nissan Wesley Chapel Car Dealer and contact Mr Ismael, I am pretty sure that he and his team will do the best for you. No stress, no worries, he takes care of any… details for you just go and leave in a great car with a great deal. Highly recommended! I don't even waist my time shopping around, just call Piero, tell him what I'm looking for and come to sign and pick my new, awesome car. Wouldn't buy a car with anyone else.
