Seamless Buying Experience

We had a seamless buying experience. There was good communication by the salesman (Vinnie Antonello) before visiting regarding the vehicle I inquired about, 2023 Mercedes GLE450. When arriving, we test-drove the vehicle, received a reasonable value on our trade, completed the appropriate paperwork, and ultimately transferred to the finance department to complete the seamless process. This is the third vehicle I have bought from an AutoNation dealer. They have the process dialed in, and it is the first place I look when looking for a new car. The no-haggle process makes for a much more pleasant experience, and this is from someone who enjoys haggling.

    There was no pressure and very little negotiation. Claude was great and continued to help after the fact. It was a longer process since it was a Saturday, but overall not a bad experience.

    MB of Wesley Chapel worked out all of the trade deals over the phone in a very straightforward manner. Nothing changed in person at the dealership. Claude G was fantastic. He handled the transaction with diligence and made us very comfortable during the transaction.

    Nice dealership, car salesman as part of the buying experience itself was fine… but once the transaction was complete there’s no interest in making sure you’re whole. Unfortunately the spare key that I was given was for the wrong vehicle and I only noticed it after the fact. Despite emailing my salesman and initially being told in email that they’d put in a service ticket to get me a new key cut I was ultimately ghosted and never heard anything. I contacted the dealership and requested to speak to the service manager since, after all, I do have a key for some random vehicle that’s likely on their lot. But after leaving my contact information I have yet to hear anything. After buying a luxury vehicle you’d think that you shouldn’t have to be out hundreds of more dollars to get another key for partners or as an emergency backup.

    We went in for service questions on 03/11/23, no intention, whatsoever, to buy a "new to us" car BUT we were lucky enough to be greeted by Rodney Pickens at Wesley Chapel Mercedes who deftly answered all our service questions and only had to ask "Anything else I can assist with" before we knew it we were looking at the CPO cars on the lot and drove away with a gorgeous Arctic white C300 with dual colored leather interior and we now find reasons to drive everywhere! The car is comfortable, sporty, quick and looks are beyond compare. Starting to thing the S63 will feel abandoned becoming the "weekend" car. LOL! Can't recommend Wesley Chapel Mercedes enough, great facility, wonderful, friendly staff in all departments. We will definitely be repeat customers!

    I recently brought my vehicle to Mercedes-Benz of Wesley Chapel for a routine maintenance checkup, and I was thoroughly impressed with the level of service that I received. From start to finish, the staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. What stood out to me the most was the exceptional service provided by Michael, the service representative that I worked with at Mercedes-Benz of Wesley Chapel. He was incredibly helpful and patient, explaining everything that was going to be done to my vehicle in detail and answering all of my questions thoroughly. He also provided me with a detailed estimate of the costs involved, so I knew exactly what to expect. The maintenance work was done quickly and efficiently, and the staff kept me informed throughout the process. When the work was complete, my vehicle was returned to me in pristine condition, and everything was running smoothly. Overall, the service at Mercedes-Benz of Wesley Chapel was exceptional, surpassing the experience I had at another location in Tampa. Michael and the rest of the staff were attentive, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to ensure that I was satisfied with the work that was done.
