I also do not like to haggle and am upfront about this when negotiating purchase terms. Since 2000 I have purchased more… than a few vehicles from Lexus of Tampa bay and in general have alway had a very good experience with the Sales and Management team at this dealership. If you are looking to purchase a Lexus and want to work with a fantastic sales representative ask for " Esther Ortiz ", you will not be disappointed. Esther is all about providing excellent service for her clients and works extremely hard for them to get the deal done.......Unbelievable Sales Person and Dealership!!

The pre-owned LS430 I purchased in January was the 5th automobile my wife and I have used an online car shopping portal to locate. So we're not unfamiliar with the fact that… sometimes a vehicle's condition doesn't live 100% up to expectations, as was the case with this vehicle. Fortunately, Eduardo who handled the final sale and Hiram in Financing & Insurance both stepped up to the plate to put together a deal that made the flight I took all the way from Michigan to pickup the vehicle worth it. They wouldn't let me walk out the door without a deal that made sense and made me a very satisfied customer. They proved to me first-hand that for them it truly is more about the "relationship" than the "sale". The experience started out a bit rocky, but they smoothed things right out.
