I just bought RX350 and love it. My sale associate Daniel was great,Friendly.He was able answer any and all my questions. I highly recommend this dealership!

by Lenmarceo on 12/27/2016I took my Lexus in for service because I heard a rattling noise when crossing over bumpy roads and some defective part kept killing my battery. My car was fixed within less than 2 days and I was given a rental car within the first 30 mins.… Scott Banta was my service advisor and I found him to be very courteous and an even better communicator. I will not take my car to any other dealership when needing a service. My expectations were completely met and I wouldn't expect anything less from the Lexus brand or their representatives.We're happy to hear that you found our staff so helpful and pleasant to work with! Five Star Treatment When Buying a Used Lexus

I bought the car remote without seeing it in person first and had to really trust the sales team. Everyone at Lexus Tampa Bay on Dale Mabry was awesome including… Ziad Mhawej [See] who seemed the most concerned about any little sniffle I had. He even gave me five dollars to get back over the Skyway because it was late at night and I forgot I need cash to return home. At least six pleasant gentlemen were involved and every part of deal was correct which is not typical when buying from most dealers - remote. I am glad I did not buy from a reg person because the dealership also had powers a reg person is not going to have. So the dealership tossed in a few unexpected perks I had not bargained for but THRILLED to leave with!!!We're happy to hear that you had such a great experience with us here at Lexus of Tampa Bay, Deborah! I found the car online, simply reserved it for 48 hours and made an appointment online to test drive it the same day. Nick Otero,… the Internet Sales Manager was very courteous, patient, and accommodating throughout my purchase. I highly recommend buying a Lexus Certified Pre Owned from Lexus of Tampa Bay! I asked them to check and they told after check that its broken and estimated charges are of $600 . Samething is fixed by me just putting the screw.… They took 45 minutes to wash and vacummed. Where as car never vacummed.Thank you for taking the time to leave us feedback. We strive to maintain excellent business relations at our dealership. The salesman, Issac Mammen met us and showed a few Rx-350s and showed us the features of the car and allowed us to… test drive. We liked the car and we decided to buy a silver colored RX-350 aided by the excellent tutorial given by the Sales person, Issac Mammen. We find the car easy to handle and driving to be very comfortable, aided by the rear view camera, GPS screen and other safety features.Service at Lexus of Tampa Bay

They treat me with the up most respect and accommodate me. My Service Advisor Pam Moore at Lexus of Tampa… Bay is the best. The service agents are also very friendly and helpful. No one wants to wait and Pam makes sure that all of my questions and concerns are addressed on all of my service appointments. Even on short notice her assistance on my car unexpected emergencies are totally resolved. I much appreciate the service I receive. Will purchase my next car from this dealership.Chevy Tahoe
