DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THESE PEOPLE.. GO TO ANOTHER DEALERSHIP...
by mad_customer on 03/09/2018After agreeing to purchase a $115,000.00 car you would expect not to be over billed for registration fees and also expect the vehicle to be detailed. Unfortunately this dealership tries to make money by screwing you any way they can.… When I asked what was the $699 fee on the paperwork the manager told me that's just extra profit..... really... When I asked about the car being detailed before it gets delivered my salesman told me he has it in the back being done now...Great!!!! When the car arrived clearly it had not been polished or waxed.. maybe they washed it. When I called and spoke to the sales manager he said they detailed it about a 45 days before... so which is it? $115,000 car and you dont give it another polish and wax after it sat on your lot for 45 days... I ended up having it done locally a day after delivery and asked them to reimburse me for the $345 which they refused..2 weeks later they then tried to tell me that the car i traded in had a problem with the air condition and somehow that is now my fault. I asked for the new one i was purchasing to be fully inspected and they had it done... why they didn't ask me to do the same prior to the trade? This is why they are not paying me the reimbursement of the $345 detail. Really? So if there was no so called problem with my trade in would they have paid me? I dont think so. How about being charged double for motor vehicle registration fees and then having to fight to get my money back which to this day I have been told a check would be sent to me and its been almost a month now.. come on...And not to mention prior to paying them I told them exactly what the motor vehicle fees were and they still double charged me. Had i not said anything they were not going to be refunding me anything... I will believe it when i actually receive a check.... All in all this was a terrible car buying experience. I would tell you to stay as far away from this dealership as possible because they dont care about people or taking care of the customer... all they care about is how much they can get out of your wallet... from the salesman to the general manager this was the worst car buying experience I have ever had...best auto buying ever!

If you had told me before that buying a new car could be so hassle free and actually enjoyable I would have thought you were crazy.… Ask for Fausto and pick out your MB with him.Great Dealership

by tdorsett on 04/16/2015I was in the market for an E or S class Mercedes Benz, and I happened to meet Cary Jedlovec at Mercedes Benz of Tampa through an email inquiry about a car featured on their website. He was a breath of fresh air when compared to the service… I had received at another local Mercedes Benz dealership. He invited me to come over to Tampa at my convenience to come and test drive the car that I was interested in. From the moment I got there, Mr. Jedlovec took the time to explain and show the different features of the S class. Although I did not purchase that day, Mr. Jedlovec would keep in touch with me and would follow-up with phone calls and emails of good deals for me. In the end, I chose a 2014 E350 which Mr. Jedlovec as promised drove my new car to my house in Orlando from Tampa. I love my new car, and I'm so glad that I took my time and met Mr. Jedlovec. Thank you so much Mr. Jedlovec for your exemplary sales and customer service skills! Top of the Line Sales Reps for Top of the Line Car!

At the Mercedes Benz of Tampa Bay, I have encountered Richard Harris and Gary Green as Top of the Line Sales Representatives. They are extraordinary. My older… model Mercedes had broken down on me, but in the past, it had served me well. I was not planning on departing from my car at the moment. It wasn't until I had an encounter with Gary and Richard that I really felt that if there was going to be a time for me to part with my older model vehicle, a 2003 C240, that the time was now. After hearing all the wonderful things Richard and Gary had to say about being a member of the Mercedes Family and test driving a 2012 C250....I was actually at the right place, at the right time, with the right sales reps, purchasing the right car for me. I know the car spoke for itself to me but it really did help hearing the comforting words of my sales reps that help me make the decision to purchase my new-used 2012 C250 Mercedes Benz. Those guys took me around and introduced me to all parties involved in finalizing my purchase. My time was valuable to them and they treated me as such. Adrian is very knowledgable and knows what he can and can't do. No BS. He also sold me a Sprinter and… is an expert with those too. The dealership as a whole, including service is top notch. There was no hassle, they talked me through every step, treated me with respect and dignity and made me really proud of becoming a Mercedes owner.
