Best service ever!

He always treats you like his only customer. I drive two hours to come to this… dealership and it is totally worth it! End of life crisis!
by Pete on 08/18/2025I decided, at age 78, that I wanted a red sports car, and my nearly thirty years of BMW ownership compelled a look at the company’s offerings- I had only driven Seven series all these years- and from the online catalog decided that the… M4 coupe filled the bill! I placed a call to BMW of Tallahassee which was taken by Connor Stroud, and we met in person the following day. Connor proved to be very knowledgeable and helpful in picking the option packages of a vehicle manufactured to my personal specifications. Once the order was placed, and the anticipation begun, Connor provided me with status updates on at least a weekly basis, great fun! Finally, on a Saturday morning Connor sends photos of my Toronto Red 2026 M4 comp Xdrive coupe, with text explaining they needed to prep the car for me so my wife and I drove our trade-in to BMW of Tallahassee at 4:00, arranged financing, signed the paperwork and were on our way home by five! On the Road Again

He is courteous, knowledgeable, and prompt to respond and do everything possible to… solve any issues with the car or answer any questions about it. I had an issue with satellite radio that I wanted checked on so I called CJ. He sent a valet to put up my car, solved the problem, and got my car back the next day. Like Ian. she is… extremely knowledgeable, and always accomodating and kind whenever I see her. I instintively knew she'd take care of me in his absence. When I called, she answered immediately, and knew exactly who I was upon my mentioning. I appreciate her so much, she was informed enough to answer ALL of my concerns prior and during the picking up of my vehicle.
