  • My Disappointing Experience with Ed Morse Sawgrass Cadillac

    I recently visited Ed Morse Sawgrass Cadillac to inquire about a vehicle I found on their website. The car was advertised at a seemingly fair price, aligning with the Manufacturer’s Suggested Retail Price (MSRP). However, upon speaking… with the dealership, I was shocked to learn they intended to charge me over $30,000 above the MSRP. This is blatant false advertising and a disappointing tactic to lure customers into their showroom. The price discrepancy was not disclosed on the website, leaving me feeling misled and frustrated. As someone who values transparency and honesty in business, this experience has left a negative impression. I would caution potential customers to verify all details before visiting this dealership. Trust is a key factor in making such significant purchases, and sadly, my experience here lacked that. I hope Ed Morse Sawgrass Cadillac reevaluates their practices to ensure a fair and honest experience for future customers.

    This dealership only cares about collecting payments and crediting the customer. This dealership received my lease payments of $4,550and refuses to credit me for these payments.

    Like is as always customers service VIP. I make a emergency stop without appointment. I had a water ac leak my passenger site was very very wet . I stop the and Scott came to me very helpful and take in care about my issue in the same time… and the job was complete in the same day, I am very happy and thankful for Scott service.

I went there last week for las call appointment for flat tire and I make a comment about my door lock is not woks properly. couple our later I got the call from him.     I had to bring my Escalade ESV in for service. I have been getting service through the Ed Morse team for years, primarily from Scott Supko and his team. When you own a Cadillac, you expect a certain level of service. I am taking the time… out of my very busy schedule to write this review and state that Scott and the service crew 1000% exceed those expectations each time.

    Took My Car In On May 2019 For Thr Fourth Time To Have This Continuous Torque Converter Issue Fixed!...They Claimed They Have Finally Solved The Problem Starting Jan 2019!...Not true because my car is still skipping & doing a jerk motion it… just isn't driving smoothly like it was before this issue started & im truly aggravated!..i think they're over looking something & they need to find out what the true problem is & fix it for real insted of assuming they know the problem & claiming they fixed it for the fourth time!

  • Where to begin.

    The first mistake was purchasing a 2016 Cadillac ATS coupe 3.6 from a Hollywood Chrysler dealership off 441 in Hollywood. I was sold a beautiful vehicle one of a kind, that was someone's huge problem. The people at Ed Morse bent over… backwards from the service department, service managers, mechanics trying to repair one problem, that can't be fixed. Drain tubes in the sunroof hold water when the vehicle gets wet, I've been hearing this for a year now and it is annoying. So, Cadillac made a very expensive car with a noise that can't be FIXED!!!! They gave it there best trying to make this noise go away. Cadillac believes that if you hear this, we're sorry, if you don't hear this, we're happy. Don't purchase a ATS coupe. To all the people at Ed Morse I thank you very much. The car will sit, I'll find another way to get around till I can pay the balance down and trade it in and pass it off as it was passed on to me.

    We had a great experience buying our car from Ed Morse Sawgrass. Our salesman, Ferris was wonderful. He was thorough, informative, and very helpful. He is a great salesman. This is the third car we leased from him and will go back again. He… spent a lot of time explaining how different things in the car worked. Would recommend him to anyone.

  • The Service Department is very Unprofessional

    Simply HORRIBLE! Don't service your car here. If you don't care to read the entire story, don't, but don't go here. Go to Vera, drive to Williamson, Braman or any dealer, but not here. HORRIBLE customer service, and lie after lie... can't… image a luxury brand like Cadillac will do nothing about this. What a bad experience. I had to hunt down Larry, my service advisor, for over a month to get an appointment. I have texts, calls, etc. He finally responds and tells me to come in a few weeks because he is "slammed"! Mind you we are bringing back the Escalade to fix items that he didn't fix the last time we took the car in. He asks me to text him at 7am so he can confirm with me he can get me a loner car. I text him and he confirm and I send my wife on our daughters birthday to drop off the car and leave it for the service and other fixes. She arrives and Larry as soon as he sees her picks up the phone and pretends to be on a call, just points to her and waves her with his hand to tell her to wait for him inside. She goes inside and waits and waits. Nada... never mind that we have an appointment, never mind that he knows we've been trying to get a hold of him for weeks to get the car repaired. She gets tired of waiting and goes into the Enterprise office to ask if they have cars and if there is anything she can do to speed up the process since she has been there for 30 minutes waiting on Larry. They tell her they don't have ANY loaner cars available. So she decides to leave. Larry sees her leave and goes after her and tells her to wait longer that he will get her a car. Obviously she doesn't believe him since he had CONFIRMED the car with me at 7am that day... so he lied. I then called the service manager or something like that, a guy named Mike Byrne. Left him 2 voicemails letting him know how upset we were and you know what he did... NOTHING. No call back, no text, no email. Just ignored it. No wonder Larry does handles his customers like that. His managers don't even return customers calls. (BTW, I was never rude, disrespectful or in any way offensive towards Larry or Mike. I shared the same story and asked for a call. Nothing more.) For what I see Mr. Ed Morse must be pretty successful in his endeavors, since I see his has multiple dealerships. A little advice Mr. Morse; you would do better if you had managers that made customer service their TOP priority. Sometimes when a business grows too large these details fall through the cracks. It happens... and that's why these platforms help, to let other customers know where each business is failing (or thriving) so that they hopefully avoid the same or similar bad experiences. In the end I took my car to Vera Cadillac, and the service manager was VERY polite and professional. He resolved my issue with courtesy and efficiently. No drama. Didn't have to wait over a month, didn't get lied to and he was on point, didn't have to wait at all. Thank you! I have owned several GM cars for over a Decade. I bought the new Cadillac Escalade when it just came out 2 years ago... got one of the very first ones. I went out all the way to Daytona to Ritchie Cadillac to buy it. And it has had several issues like most new models do on their first version out. But the car is great. The issue has been the service from Ed Morse Cadillac in Sawgrass. I hope they address this so they don't piss off more customers. BTW Larry, my name isn't Mr. Carrillo. It's Mr. Martinez. That's my wife's last name.
