  • These people don't honor their own offers.

Made a deal with salesman for new Chevy Equinox online and telephonicaly, and they confirmed it in writing, They even emailed me the spreadsheet detailing the buyers order. This was a custom order vehicle, and I would have to wait 8 weeks which was agreeable to me. Two days before I was going to dealership to put a down payment on the vehicle, I recieved a phone call from salesman telling me that the manager did not want to waste their allocation on a vehicle that they are not going to make much money on. I emailed the general manager and the "internet manager" and the internet mgr called me back telling me that they are in business to make money, and as a favor to show good will, that they would call Chevy on the following Monday to see if their allocation could be increased to accomodate me. I told him that I already bought the vehicle from another dealer. This is the truth.
    • Its funny because they pulled the same stuff on me in 2009. Had the car i wanted the GM employee certificate which said they were to sell me the car at cost. They agreed and when i went to pick up the car they said the manager denied the deal. Said the Enclave was too hot of a car to let go for cost. Called everyone at dealer and emailed the owner. Never got a call back. Thanks to another dealer Coral Springs, i was able to get the same car at GM Cost.

Used all the tactics to attempt a $7000 profit on a Corvette deal. Lyed about price, accussed me of rolling mileage on my trade back. Told me my deposit was non-refundable. Told them about Florida State Attourney General's Office. Got deposit back. Avoid at all costs!

  • Ed Morse Cadillac...lying salesman...lies..lies

I push my wife to visit a Ed Morse Cadillac . We had decided to close a deal on a 2004 CTS. After a while we had discover that the car was in a wreck...and we were never told. When we confronted them at first they denied....we pressure them they agree and took the car back to be repainted. we were driving around with a 2 tone car...frm Ed Morse Cadillac in Sunrise 2 years later my wife got involved in a terrible car accident that totaled the car. CTS cadillac has no value...The insurance covered 1/2 of what we were charged. My wife and I ended up close to $10.000.00 under that we are still paying to the bank. My dear friends uot there if you own a cadillac get rid of it. Valuewise.....ZERO...Worth nothing. CADDILLAC HAS NO VALUE AT ALL. IF YOU HAVE A CADILLAC GET RID OF IT....OR DO NOT GET HUNG...DO NOT BUY CADILLAC

These guys are the worst! Dont know if it goes all the way down to the sales people, but their mgt staff are the pits. Service mgt is no better. I dont know how they stay in business. But like the old saying " There's aA sucker born everyday". Should avoid this dealership at all cost.

  • still waiting for call back

Beautiful showroom, pleasant staff.... no call back. After telling the salesman exactly what we wanted and asking him to call with a quote...I'm still waiting. My wife really liked the SUV but besides not getting the $25 coupon redemption for coming in that we brought with us, they never called us back; computer was down (yea, right!) Went on and bought an MDX. Glad they didn't call. I still might come back for my $25 and see if they honor up. I doubt it.

  • Get Pre-qualified For A Loan

Had I to do it all over again I would have pre-qualified for a loan prior to entering the dealership. I discovered that I qualified for 2.49% outside but Ed Morse was "able to secure 3.9% for me. My bad & theirs too.
