awful experience
by jeff on 05/22/2025OK ,, i wrote a review couple weeks ago and was asked by Fields GM Steve Vargas to take it down and he would work on resolving the issue. he did nothing but try to DOUBLE the price of a car we basically already owned.he's the most dishonest… person ive ever delt with.Heres what transpired...my wife brought her car a 2017 in for oil change, it also had a problem , she was talked into buying a 2022 , mostly because shes a Disabled Veteran and needs a reliable car to get to the VA multiple times a week.After getting home she realized it was not financialy a good idea.She called Darla ( not much better than Vargas)the next day, and asked if can just bring back and get her old car back , she said No Problem but had to wait until Monday , it was Saturday. My wife went on Monday only to be told she had 2 options , one was to keep the 2022 , the other was to buy back her old car.Oddly enough im not sure how the sold her and registered the 2022 because she never got the 2022 insured ??i mean did they forge insurance?? there was NO change to our insurance at all.pretty sketchy. so they offered her her old car back at the same monthly payment she had on it , she owed 3 more years ,, but they told her had to pay for 6 years, so would had to pay Double what she owed.its been weeks and Steve Vargas has not tried in the least to resolve this. Only to insist she would have to pay Double the amount.Courteous Care

by chella2 on 04/20/2015We went to visit Ron Palmer at Fields Cadillac by the outlet mall to see what we could find, and although they didn't have something that matched our needs at this particular store, they were able to find us the perfect fit within the… Fields used inventory! They had it delivered to the store and we were on our way the next day! The experience that we had at this store was incredible! Our sales person was John Cummins, and he took great care of us, plus whenever you buy from Fields, you become a part of the "Fields Family," and not just the car we just bought from them, but our other car as well! That means that we can stop by the "Pit Stop" any time for them to top off our fluids, re-fill the air in our tires with nitrogen, get a car wash, and grab breakfast or lunch while you wait - all complementary! This totally blew my mind, so in case you're in the market for a car, I wanted to share our experience!Thank you and it's because we do genuinely care. Jeff is very knowledgeable and personally walked me through all of the features that were available on… the car. Jeff made car buying very easy and fun.
