    OK ,, i wrote a review couple weeks ago and was asked by Fields GM Steve Vargas to take it down and he would work on resolving the issue. he did nothing but try to DOUBLE the price of a car we basically already owned.he's the most dishonest person ive ever delt with.Heres what transpired...my wife brought her car a 2017 in for oil change, it also had a problem , she was talked into buying a 2022 , mostly because shes a Disabled Veteran and needs a reliable car to get to the VA multiple times a week.After getting home she realized it was not financialy a good idea.She called Darla ( not much better than Vargas)the next day, and asked if can just bring back and get her old car back , she said No Problem but had to wait until Monday , it was Saturday. My wife went on Monday only to be told she had 2 options , one was to keep the 2022 , the other was to buy back her old car.Oddly enough im not sure how the sold her and registered the 2022 because she never got the 2022 insured ??i mean did they forge insurance?? there was NO change to our insurance at all.pretty sketchy. so they offered her her old car back at the same monthly payment she had on it , she owed 3 more years ,, but they told her had to pay for 6 years, so would had to pay Double what she owed.its been weeks and Steve Vargas has not tried in the least to resolve this. Only to insist she would have to pay Double the amount.

  • Routine maintenance 27 point check

    Its good to have the 27 point maintenance check when you do you oil changes. There were no items identified so our Cadillac must be in good shape but it would be good to get some type of report on those 27 points so we know if there are items to watch for or if we might anticipate a future replacement/repair. A simple green/yellow/red grade for the checked items would be very helpful information. We always appreciate the great service we receive at Fields Cadillac. Thanks

    I came in to Fields without an appointment and was met immediately by my service writer, Dan. Within a few minutes, my car was taken into service and I was advised of the problem and cost. It was repaired quickly. Fields offers a terrific experience why you wait. I left in my car completely satisfied with Fields.

    Well, thanks for my birthday gift. My husband stated Bob was great and I appreciated his follow up with me when I have been extremely busy with my family and profession. I would only recommend the Fields location in St. Augustine because they are very welcoming and professional.

    Went in for oil change and needed to replace 4 tires. Price was the lowest and got a $100 rebate from GM.
