Great Volvo Service
by DC on 04/01/2025I got a warning message the the start/stop support battery in my XC60 needed service. I found Crown Volvo on line, called and left a message. Joseph Guerrera returned my call and helped set up a service appointment. The work was done… under warranty. In addition, I had some other routine service performed. I was prepared for a long wait, but the work was done quickly with respect for my time. This is the reason I choose to go to a dealer. The technicians really know what they are doing and have all the tools and expertise to take care of any need quickly and efficiently. Joe was easy to work with - polite, courteous and efficient. They even reached out to me several days afterwards to see if I was satisfied and that all is good with my vehicle! Ask for Mary
by MB on 03/10/2025I found two exactly the same yellow Kia soul cars. The first dealer was much lower. When I went to the dealer to buy the car, it was $5000 more. At Crown Volvo in Saint Pete, they quoted me a price and it was much lower and they stuck to… their price. I think that’s the way to do business! Mary, Chris, Bud, and Ellie we’re all fabulous to work with. I feel like I got outstanding service with nice people which for me is a winning combination. A new home for my VOLVO needs

But the point here -- is this... it feels like a team at Crown. Two sales consultants helped… me out. Initially, Michael Bruce picked up my online inquiry. When he was still busy the day I went to look at my new S60, Jake Carry immediately stepped in to show me the model. Took a test drive. Loved the car. Worked up some numbers -- and in a matter of about 20 minutes... the deal was done. I feel like I got a good deal and a new home for my Volvo needs. I came back later in the day. They knew my work schedule was crazy. They got me in and out all papers signed that evening within an hour. I will also add, Bud the sales mgr and his dog make things stress free. I had to mention the pet. I think it's too cool they have a mascot of sorts. The point here is -- I was instantly brought in and made to feel like "family." I get it -- it's still a dealership, but after the experience I had at another dealer -- this is night and day. thanks CROWN!
