Lori is great, crown service needs more help
by HNL on 06/28/2025Lori is hard working and does all she can to get things done right and quickly. The service department needs more help due to the sheer volume of vehicles needing service. It took months to get my car in for a service. Then some… miscommunication happened and my car was left to sit at the lot and not be serviced. The service employees work very hard but more help is needed in my opinion.Great Service

No appointment
by Teri Peck on 04/23/2025I stopped into Crown Hyundai without an appointment because the rubber bumper cover was hanging off of the car. Carlos assisted me. He was as nice as he could be. After about an hour Carlos told me the rubber bumper cover was broken and… what it would cost to replace it. He also gave me the option of just removing it. I asked him to order a new one and remove the old one. They brought my car around with no charge for the time they spent on it. Carlos told me he would contact me in a few days when the part came in. So far I am very satisfied!Teri, We are grateful for you leaving Carlos this stunning review! We are pleased to know that he was nice, will contact you when the part comes in and you are very satisfied with your experience. Chris is outstanding
by Angela G on 04/19/2025Came in for my oil change, which I was able to get in within 3-4 days. I also needed my horn fixed since it stopped working a few months ago. Chris was wonderful as always. He was on it and had them wash my car as well. Even after… everything was done about 2 hrs later I had a few questions about my car and Chris took the time to answer them. He was patient and made sure I… understood everything. My car was also ready quicker than I am used to compared to other dealerships. TAKING CARE OF MY 7TH PURCHASE FROM CROWN HYUNDAI
by Brian Bower on 02/21/2025This is my local Hyundai/Genesis dealership, and it has been such an enhancement to my life that I have purchased a total of 7 vehicles from Crown Hyundai. By enhancement I mean that the quality of the vehicles is excellent, but better yet… the service provided by Crown Hyundai improves the quality of my life. Taking a vehicle for necessary preventative maintenance is a fact of life. Since I live and work in St. Petersburg, I prefer to create a long-lasting relationship with my local dealership. The entire service staff at Crown Hyundai is committed to their effort of providing a positive experience, but I do appreciate folks that know my name and I know theirs. In this case Christopher Murray took care of my wife's vehicle for regular maintenance. The staff is pleasant, the dealership has been recently renovated and is a quiet and well-designed space, and the coffee is always excellent. I stay for the maintenance, and enjoy some quiet time reading and speaking with friends. Whether it is Christopher, Deb, Jarod or Ryan - I always enjoy the experience of getting my vehicles maintained at Crown Hyundai.Brian, We appreciate you for leaving Chris, Deb, Jarod and Ryan this spectacular review!
