Great Dealership

The vehicle of my choice was immediately brought to me without me walking through the lot. The sales person, Cameron Herring, was… introduced to me as the person that had all the knowledge about the Genesis vehicles. Cameron explained and demonstrated all the new features of the new technology. I had many conversations before that made me nervous about learning how to use all these features. Cameron answered all my concerns and walked me through all the directions until I felt comfortable with the high technology. Buying a new vehicle should be a happy experience and I have to say that this was the best buying experience I had ever buying a vehicle! Lori is great, crown service needs more help
by HNL on 06/28/2025Lori is hard working and does all she can to get things done right and quickly. The service department needs more help due to the sheer volume of vehicles needing service. It took months to get my car in for a service. Then some… miscommunication happened and my car was left to sit at the lot and not be serviced. The service employees work very hard but more help is needed in my opinion.Great Service

All three were amazing, professional, and genuinely… took my questions and needs into the utmost consideration. There was never a moment where they felt too pushy. They just laid out all my options, worked hard to get me the lowest price available, and I felt like they had my best interest in mind. My biggest apprehension when looking for a new car is getting a salesperson that is more eager for a commission than helping me find what works, and these guys really put that stereotype to rest.
